@Wisspwhat we would really love is to have feedback from players taken in consideration by NCSoft. We did had this types of posts before, usually after some sort of big mess up by ncsoft, the result was always a big fat nothing. You have plenty of feedback in this forum, if you having trouble filtering it go to the Discord and ask the veteran players for some pointers, than again it would require NCSoft to actually care about it and that never actually happened in the recent history so good luck with that.

You guys should know by now that the GMs will only reply to controversial topics after getting the go ahead from Korea to do so. In this case Korea might just tell them to ignore you since i'm pretty sure they don't care much about all of this. As long as the dollars go in there pocket they are fine with having discontent in game/forums. This is one of the worst run company out there so you guys shouldn't be surprised with all this stuff, if you guys want to make some difference stop spending in the game. it is that simple.

@Hermes Can you please tell Korea to please stop sending us this useless events that only fills our inventories with unusable junk? You guys refuse to deal with the inventory item limits and yet you keep sending us this sort of events that have literally no use for the most of the rewards list! Personally i would prefer having no event or just a npc giving a XP 24h item compared to this crapfest of the matchstick event.

@Hermes So, don't you think you should check the actual price of the box in your own L2store before putting it as a "promotion" at twice the L2Store price? I know NCWest players usually do some very questionable stuff but don't you think that's pushing a little bit?

I get what you saying, im on the same no spending boat, and because of that i know i have zero power in their choices, i accepted that. I been very critic of GMs in the past. Some of those for good reason but do you really think that every single one of the GMs, or whatever you want to call them, came to this world with a speech of helping the community and now they ignore you and are feeding the wrong information to whatever is in charge? Do you truly believe they changed completely in a matter of weeks? Because they all changed like that! Clearly they are giving the right information to management, they are just ignoring it because, as long as they hit the value they target for the year, they know they don't need to change a single thing to their plan. Doesn't matter if the plan is good or not, they won't change a thing. As i said, the only feedback that counts in this game is the money paying customers spend in this game. And finally the gms, it is very clear why they are ignoring everyone... they don't have an answer to the issues you face them with. How can they reply to you if they present the feedback you gave him to the management (AKA NC Korea) and they completely ignore it? What could they possible reply to you that makes you satisfied and at the same time won't get him fired? The answer is nothing! You want changes? you have two options, one: be an american citizen with money and present a case in court on their shady game practices, two: convince the top spending players to not spend the game for some time in this game. Good luck with both.

You keep thinking they are in charging of this game? That's funny! To all posting here, crazy is knowing that NCSoft works like this (been for a few years now) and yet you still come here, complain, and than spend money on this game. They only understand one way of feedback, and that's the money you spend on this game. Doesn't matter if a GM says he will care about you or the game, at the end of the day the only feedback that counts is the $$.

@Hermes@Wissp Is there any good reason why most of my permanent pots (that were grabbed from instances or other stuff) just got a timer on it?

11 AM UCT+1 time is not the same as 3PM PT time... What is it?

the 2nd reward has a worth of 0 as it is impossible to enchant that item to +10. And as it is it's an item that serves for nothing.

@Hermes Two things: 1. Is the reward system a global thing (applied to the characters from both servers) or is it server based? 2. Are you aware that the second place reward is a completely useless item that has close to no value?

Considering the current NCoin price, some of this prices are 10/20x the market price. What's the reasoning? is Korea expecting a major deflation in our server's economy?

First of all thank you for actually answer, something that in the past rarely happened. I understand your point, even tho the changes made no difference whatsoever in the raid experience, i get the justification that you did for the 125 raids. The thing is, it doesn't explain the changes on Aegis raid since no one in this server could kill it before the changes. As far as i know we're not even close to it. The second thing you didn't reply was the reward part that was supposed to be improved, according to Juji post, that got absolutely no changes. Is that something that Korea changed at last hour or something that is still in works?
