  5. No, there was no actual extension to the Attendance event, and it was a misuse of wording on my part. We mentioned in the September 8 maintenance that the Attendance event continues for one more week.
  6. I see where the confusion lies, and it's an improper use of phrasing on my part with the word 'extension'. However, what was outlined in the the September 8 maintenance notice is correct: the Attendance checklist event will continue for one week.   7. Don't forget to include the peeps who want us to extend it because they took a holiday. In all seriousness, @Tokyois correct. Our attendance event was intended for fresh players on a fresh journey in a fresh new Lineage II game. We extended a week due to the issues that those players experienced with the latency/lag/crashes on Blackbird. The attendance event was not meant to be run indefinitely. If anything changes about that, I'll be sure to let you all know. In the meantime, make sure you log in!

  13. The Aden Welcome Kit and the Reinforcement Kit II are still in the L2Store.
  14. The issue with the installation not working is now fixed. There was a missing file from our network for the launcher that did not get updated.
  15. The top 20 rankings list of clan members was pulled right when the maintenance started this week. Any member that joined the clan after the maintenance ended when the servers opened on 9/1 will not receive any rewards for the Why Burn event next week. Also if you were part of a clan for these past 3 weeks and then left prior to 9/1, then you would not receive any rewards either as we only count the current roster of members.
  16. Lineage II, Lineage II Classic, and Lineage Aden are only available to North America, South America, and Oceania. Please be sure you're connected to the correct region.
  17. In case you miss it in the other Lineage II forums, it's recommended that you put in a Customer Support ticket. If you can't reach Support through the normal process through your Account Management page, you'll have to email them directly at support@lineage2.com. Give them as much details as you can, and they should be able to guide you.
  18. Confirming that any issue in collecting from the Dimensional Merchant is present due to weight and not having enough inventory space to claim the item. You can still collect but you'll have to store some stuff in your warehouse first.

  22. It it's been 12 hours and you still haven't received your item, then you'll need to reach out to Customer Support directly. I also updated your title for clarity.
  23. It got removed because you're talking about account issues which need to be escalated to Customer Support, and they can explain why your account(s), in particular, are being locked. I'm locking this thread now as a reminder to continue to follow the forums Code of Conduct.

  25. Can you give us more details? What server, where you are hunting, what level you are, etc.?
  26. Extending the Attendance Event is currently being considered. We'll update you when we have more information about it.
  27. We're working on a compensation package and will let you know what it is as soon as all issues are resolved.
