  1. Looks like the management is running a social experiment, trying to figure out the critical point of abandoning curve function: community excitement = 2 - e^lame_decisions here's how it looks like:

Step 1: opening launcher launcher keeps loading... loading... loading [after 2-3 minutes] Have to close launcher, cause it's non-responsive, re-opening launcher [eventually after a couple of times] launcher opens! Step 2: entering password, pressing "login" Receiving message "Failed to log in. Please try again later. (-1)" (or just no message at all and have to re-enter password) [after a couple of times] updater opens! Step 3: Pressing "Start Game" Receiving message "Failed to receive response from server. Check your ISP...", accepting, pressing "Start game" Game may not launch at once; what's worse, sometimes updater disappears and have to go back to Step 1 [after several tries] game launches! [at this point, player has already wasted 5-15 minutes] Entering game... Experiencing delay in everything... Getting disconnected... Getting back to Step 1. We are already having second thoughts about the time (and/or money) we spend on playing the game. We are already challenging our sanity for that part of us that insists on playing. By making the game inaccessible or the experience disturbing, you are risking your business. We are already at the edge; it looks like you're not doing enough to not tip us over... @Hime@Wissp@Hyunkel@Hermes@Amraith@EMpulse@Arctic@Luumi@Sunshine@EmperorLeto Please fix this?
  3. Hello, My windows got automatically updated and I can't launch the game properly. To be more specific, after I press "Start Game" from the launcher, the game seems to be loading, however, when the window opens (before EULA) it suddenly crashes, producing they grey Crash Report screen. Scan file or deleting option.ini doesn't help. I had the same issue 3 weeks ago; the only thing that worked was to uninstall windows update, but that doesn't seem like a reasonable thing to do, especially when it's described as security update. Unfortunately, submitting a ticket in the support was not helpful, as they instruct the default baby steps of sending dxdiag.txt or installing "hijackthis". Prior to that, the PC could keep up from downtime to downtime, without issues. Also, 2nd PC (different setup) works fine, so ISP issues are off the table. Looked online, found similar thread on Innova forums, but they don't explain how they fixed it. Anyone experiencing same issue? Any help, please?

  5. Anyone having trouble launching the game? Launcher loads properly, but then I get critical error. PC was playing just fine up to yesterday's downtime.
  6. @EMpulse@Hermes Please take into consideration the in-game market prices when introducing or adjusting NC Shop items. It makes absolutely no sense charging in NC coins multiple times higher value than the in-game value of respective items. Lower/reasonable prices = more buyers

  9. @Hime@Juji@Arctic@LIME@EMpulse and whoever else it may concern from the Dev team I would like to vote for this, as well. Every player needs a reliable knowledge database to check on classes, skills, items, hunting areas - basically every information that cannot included in the User Interface. I've been playing since 2005, we never had a decent library on this site; we always had to google things up, from other regions, discuss about it on L2blah, check L2wiki and the Russian website, in order to learn information. It's not even easy to find information that actually exist on your website. Case in point, happened today: I wanted to find about the Shilen Crystal SA's /lvl; first move, google it. First result, redirects here, on correct title, but empty page... I had to use Internet Archives to find it or scroll down almost 2 years ago in the news section. I can't tell you if it's easy or not, I'm not a web page developer. What I can tell you, is that it will help a lot of people looking for accurate information. Thanks in advance.
  10. Potions have no timer, however on the details page it is mentioned: I assume that they will be deleted, however it would be better to have timer on ALL expiring items. Otherwise it's just confusing.

  12. @Juji@Hime Is "La Vie En Rose's Energy" not available with the event jewels? I thought that by having 3+ greater jewels equipped, I would have "Brooch Battle Rhapsody" on my item skill box. I don't see anything added and right after I wondered, I noticed the description "Equipping various Greater Gems will grant additional effects" missing from the event jewels. Any chance you might fix this?
  13. Funny you should mention that. In the current events' pages, I noticed that they mention probability "average/high/low" etc. Not sure if they have done it again, but if not, that might have something to do with the regulation framework you mention.

  15. They don't have fixed deletion date, only countdown timer. So 99% they stay.
  16. Launching an event that is based on paying real money, during a global pandemic, where lots of people have been suspended (or fired) from their jobs, is not the brightest idea. Please take some time to consider all those complaints about the server economy. It should be player driven and not resemble a slot machine inside a casino.
