  1. Let's see where to start:

    1) From the fact you made huge nerfs and changed basically 80% of how the players operate in-game and didn't even mention it in the patch notes.

    2) With adding a new resource in-game(Hardin) that has an abysmal drop rate and only reliable way to get it is from the P2W shop.

    3) To the fact that you think reducing dmg of mobs in DV and IT without changing anything else has any impact.

    4) That you actually consider this to be an update just because you added what? a new P2W item?

    5) Of having basically no new updates besides micro adjustments for over a year and an ever more aggressive P2W shop.

    6) Failing to realize this is not Essence and you are essentially turning this server into Essence.

    7) Lastly to the utter-pointlessness of this poll.

    Maybe if we cry a lot Korea might revert back the soulshot damage BUT if you want this project to survive abit longer you need to either force Korea to adjust the game properly to OUR needs or get permission to make adjustments. Otherwise with 1-2 more "updates" like this i don't see the game surviving the coming winter.

  2. This update is a huge fighter nerf in disguise:

    1) Soulshot damage nerf, overall fighter dps -30%.

    2) Crit rate nerf by removing Othell and replacing it with something that is half the value and costs 5 times more.

    These updates make no sense whatsoever, also this Soulshot bug is not a bug if it exists for 2 years, you just ninja nerfed it so people will spend $ for goldbars and make Hardins out of desperation to be able to continue their farm.

    Lastly i would like to comment on the complete lack of transparency and amateurism shown regarding this update with posting incomplete data for a loot box event at Monday with items not even announced confusing alot of people. Even now your patch notes make no sense in some sections and just look like a copy pasta of data you have no idea about.

    Please, at least dont make it this obvious that this is just a cash grab with zero consideration for the community, some of us like to live the dream that all is fine, dont spoil it for us.

  3. @Hammerforge Also i would like to add the following, i dont know how things happen in Talking Island in regards to this event, but on Giran there is a good amount of people reaching the top floor and all are different players and all get a chance to win. All the winners up to now are different people which are not related to clan/friends. Sure only end-game players reach the top but in Giran we got at least 30-40 people hitting baium.

    Things that don't make sense,

    1. Why  can't go up as a group with your cp/or group.
    2. 500k for every time you port there-- (you leave to get songs/dances/buffs/kitty ..whatever)
    3. open pvp zone, You get picked off as you port to the last floor if you made it that high- doesn't matter if Baium has been killed already.

    Suggestions- as its a server wide event-

    1.  no pvp allowed (not a very popular option by the winning side or some true l2 fans)
    2. 30 mins allow folks to get to the highest floor, then spawn Baium where everyone has at least gotten to whatever their highest floor was, or everyone is ported to Baium at the end of the 30 mins, you collect only the highest reward of the floor you attained, but everyone gets a chance to attack Baium, this is either open field or not ...  if everyone is up there at once all together , it would be more like open siege field, and folks would stand a chance to win, besides the usual suspects...
    3. Same as number 2, but only those that made it to the 14th floor get to fight Baium (limits the number of people that can effectively participate but continues to reward higher lvl players and well geared players).

      By making it an open pvp system with last hit, its a pk fest on the top floor if you make it up there.    Where was the dice event we all were waiting for... guess it was too good to us players so you didn't bring it back.   

    Look at the server, the community, whats left of it, those that are left are still waiting for the fixes, updates, "cough cough" class balance?, daily instances,  we've all waited some more patiently then others....

    Feel free to disagree, agree or post other suggestions, always need the community to speak up and give the producer feed back and ideas for improvement.

    About the no sense things,

    1) This is kind of correct but also would give huge advantage to organized groups vs solo players.

    2) You dont need to port out to get buffs, just use Sayha etc.

    3) Once you reach top floor move down to TOI 13 which is non pvp zone.

    About the suggestions:

    1) Sure, pvp makes no point really in an event like this other than abusing baium kill.

    2) I dont agree, the way it is now you got a sense of urgency to go as fast as you can, if any scrub can reach top floor and have a chance at baium its unfair for top players.

    3) This is ok but i dont think it can be implemented properly as a game mechanic by ncsoft.

     

    Also what we do in Giran is we pull baium down to TOI 13 which is non pvp zone and kill it there, this way people wont abuse the PK system to get last hit.

    This event is a good event in terms of reward and fun, you can see all the players of the server and also get some expensive einhasads etc.

    Alot of DC's since last maintenance, today i had 7 mass DC's. Also i see randomly people from my friendlist mass DC'ing. This has nothing to do with connection quality, the server is mass ejecting people for some reason. Please investigate because at this rate its getting a chore to login multiple times per day/losing exp during exp event.

    You have created so many adena sinks in this game that adena is scarce. Thhe market is drying up and people are not buying items. You have taken away our ability to sell soul shots, sell drops, sell mats, so how do you expect us to make adena in order to afford the shots you sell in the store as another adena sink?

    Do you realize that there arent enough places to hunt for the miniscule population there is on these servers? Every room in every high level xp spot is taken. Every low level adena spot is taken? Do you not see this? You are starving us of content and adena to the point its not fun to log in anymore. Not everyone has the ability to run 30 accounts across 3 comps or spend all day in front of their computer trying to finda way to manipulate the market. 

    At the very least increase the adena rates to allow us the ability to pay for the party supplies.

    I agree that it is hard especially for new players to balance between buying gear and daily expenses. But it is possible to set things up and farm, you just need patience and a cost vs effectiveness plan. For example farming with S grade weapon in LoA you wont make any Adena but farming with B grade in GC you can make a decent amount per day.

    Do not expect to run full power ranger mode and be able to cover the costs for consumables and also make a profit, the only place  you can do that is TOI but you need end-game gear to farm there.

    The game is far from balanced but also people just want stuff without putting any effort. If you want easy-mode just buy stuff from the store and sell for Adena.

    This is the biggest problem, you can't just flat-out discriminate all non damage classes from receiving any kind of reward for being in a party. This makes officially all support classes into buff boxes OR people need to play them as damage dealers which is not how the class is supposed to be played.

    First dwarves became useless to play as main, now all support classes became useless to play as main, what is next?

    Big changes like this should be clarified by the staff, even a vague reply of "We don't know what is going on but we will check it out" would be better than 1 month of radio silence. We know by now that everything is controlled by Korea but that doesn't mean you can't at least show that you are trying to do the best you can in a bad situation. People will be patient if they see someone is trying to do something.

    Also, I'm not sure if you know what legit means. It involves using the game's macro system.

    From what i saw, noone was level 90 before TOI update, max level at least on Giran was 88. As for playing legit, of course there are people using scripts but for example top player lvl 91 on Giran is 100% legit. It is a matter of gear and how much $ you spend on consumables. In any case, TOI is very unbalanced in terms of EXP and Adena in comparison with every other zone. They should buff at least LoA and DV to be half of what TOI is.

    * Add a fair reward, equivalent to the added level.

    * Do not lose XP within the following Dungeons (Tomb of Ancient Pirates - Dungeon of Abyss)

    5- We need events and rewards for new players!

    * Currently no new player has the courage to start on the server because p2win has reached an absurd stage, we need events, quest and
    rewards for new players.

    6- Daily events like kamaloka and team vs team with fair rewards.

    * It's just a suggestion, Lineage for me is that you participate in activities either together or individually or at least you have something to do
    every day playing with your own hands!

     The only thing that all players do is keep watching their character with the auto hunting on day and night ...

    7- Do not lose XP when dying for another character, either in pvp or pk.

    * The loss of xp must happen if you die only for monsters, this would animate the server a lot because many do not fight back a pk character for fear of losing xp.


    8- We want to return to see the debuffs and skills that we use in bosses, mobs or in pvp.

    9- Increase the enchant rate of damage jewels (Antharas, Zaken and baium) and also increase the drop rate of Frintezza's Necklace Lv 1 and Forgotten Manuscript page 4.

    10- Doomcryer / Dominator has no Attribute damage !!! I've been reporting this problem for over 1 year or more and it hasn't been fixed yet!

    11- Nobles quest ...

    12- High level characters when attacking a raid boss (15 level below his level) must be petrified !!!!

    If these changes are not implemented you will lose the few players that still play, as the server is getting more and more empty!  @Juji @Hime 

    1) They have usage as materials for random crafting

    2) Agree

    3) Not going to happen, they need maps for big spenders to farm

    4) Agree

    5) Agree

    6) Agree

    7) It's a complicated subject

    8 ) Agree, this is very important

    9) I think price is ok for these items, market is already flooded.

    For me the most important thing is for them to find a way for new players to catch up and to allow a path for low spenders and F2P people to have a chance to play normally if they put enough effort. (Having 100 bot accounts to farm adena excluded)

    Maybe next update in 3-4 months it gets fixed, i wouldnt hold my hopes up for anything else. We are lucky they even added the drops back to Elemental Zones. Playing as a support main makes no sense in classic, unless you want easy Hero.
