Hi, Yesterday I tried to upgrade my clan from level 2 to level 3. This was at the NPC "Maximillian" in Giran. He took my "100 Proof of Blood" and my "100,000 Skill points" and my clan did not level up. I go back to him and he says I don't have the requirements to upgrade (I no longer have the required PoB). Please help, have I done something wrong or am I not doing something I should be?

nvm found in merchant shop

I have not played since the early 2000's and I have noticed no spell books dropping. Am i missing something or do you get them elsewhere now?
