Have the same issue with yahoo email. Gmail worked fine, but 2 accounts on yahoo mail got stock, after ip address change. Any chances will be fixed?

Looks like it's a location issue. I can't creat account, have the same error. I've asked one of my clan members to create account, and he made it. I'm in Europe, it seems that it's a Europian restriction. Will it be fixed, or European users not welcomed here anymore?
