  1. What surprise? gm dont need to do explanations... its in EULA conditions... so they do everything they want to do... if you think is right or not no one cares... EULA suports any actions... EVEN if you file a lawsuit you probaly dont win, even though you are right.... if you read EULA you dont put a cent in this game.

Unfortunately many players has noticed that the enchants rate has been reduced drastically, on Wednesday we had +16 weapons that give a rulers belt genesis that would be one of the first items that starts to be worth the event. So ncsoft performed an emergency maintenance and arranged something to fix and bring down the server. However, in reality the main focus was to adjust the enchant rate of the event (same thing happened in last artifact compound event). Once again benefiting the players that are already top grade on the server and killing the chance of beginners to climb, would the intention be to force a purchase to be able to grow? as it is but it is the inverse average players who make payment are giving up the game, beginners already give up even before trying anything. Today, we are practically obliged to pay for the prestige pack in order to make it possible to have adena to buy measly Soulshots U$15,00/month, then you plus need to pay a lot to try to get any value item in event and never know when server came down to adjust rates lol... (plus chances in event still too below low). Look at it from this angle. On Wednesday the big players with boxes full of adena (nothing wrong with having the char box with adena cause of limit adena in this server) came in buying items from the event with adena and made countless weapons +16, +17 and even probaly +20 guaranteeing profit and good items , while other players need time to acquire the adena/ncoins (or players has different gmt time and are working and not in game by the time), and then start the enchant routine of the event and try to guarantee something, but what really happens? The big players made countless weapons and made a profit on Wednesday (not theyr fault) and the small and medium ones came only on Thursday (1 measly day after the start of the event, our hours?) to try their luck but the rates were drastically reduced! Is that fair? why launch an event and adjust the enchant rate? Anyway, where do you want to go with these event manipulations? I start to think that the intent is for the server to close and for that they are doing everything so that the players give up the game for the purpose of not having to make refunds for the players.

  4. all current daily events are benefits for a few players who have made a lot of payment. High-level instances that give more than double adena (ex: ISLE of souls) but even if you have the level you need to have a lot of equipment to be able to farm it, that is, if you don't have any equipment but have level you cant farm a lot adena (anywhere), and if you dont have adena you cant buy any good equipment, so how you do without huge payment?? it's okay for you to give a certain difference to those who make more payment as an incentive ... but today the way it is, you either pay a lot or you don't play. The difference is immense. nothing will change... ncsoft dont wanna know about it... melee lag still exists... melee class like titan affected badly in play, a lot changed class in red libra to escape that issue (so you are forced to change or die with tyrr class) ... they dont spent time on that things.... they just wanna se how manage next event for capture payment... sad..
  5. Where are you located: Are you using a VPN? How frequent is the latency you're experiencing? Where and what are you doing in game where you experience latency? 1. Brazil 2. No 3. Frequent in last 7 days 4. All instances, all farm zones, all party groups, all citys, oppening event chest (artifacts). MELEE LAG.... The class tyrr titan is extremily affected byf melee lag, ncosft should be concerned with solving this issue, since server is not just made by archers and feoh.... help melee class!!! Damage is huge affected in RBS and farm instance zones... melee class need dps/s to kill not one hit dmg like archer hit.... what is happening now ? players changing in red libra to archer or feoh ....

Frequent in last 3 days 4. All instances, all farm zones, all party groups, all citys, oppening event chest (artifacts). Plus: Queue 300/400 players, if got DC i can back in game in almost 2h! I know you guys make update, transfer server, and optimizations but, still without box/bot control its impossible to stop latency, more you upgrade more boxes income... its reality. (Greedy boxes all over map afk, too much boxes fishing all time, too much partys boxes especially xp events like this we have now....)
