OK after maintenance my launcher on my laptop did not work. After restoring the computer and reinstalling it numerous times it still didn't work. No one seems to have the same problem as of yet. So I had to do stuff. Downloaded the game files from 1 computer to a portable HD. Loaded those files onto the laptop. Started the game from the launcher inside those files. On the launcher were it says "scan files" you can look for files on your computer. Did that and it proceeded to view the game as fully updated. Logged in and playing on laptop. But, these other computers that I have now will not check files. So, next maintenance i'm fu&*&*&. Cya all on the other side.

Guessing we're the only 2 people that have this problem. My other computers can't do a file check. So when it becomes necessary, or next week hits...The Launcher is broken, atlease for me.

And its the same everything that Algarius is getting. Guess i'll find out tomorrow on the laptop, but currently it will not install the game.

The internet is indeed full of "Trolls" and it appears that this game has its fair share of those lovely people. They know that there's nothing good about these 2 new packs and yet they come here and act as if there is. Some of us who ran more than 1 toon kept prestige on each. I have my main, my iss, tank, and 1 other DD in prestige. Thats 60USD a month, and thats just what i'd spend on the prestige. So now...to do the same its 320USD a month. Now the "trolls" will say that i only should play the 1 toon and i'll save. Thats not how I played the game and not why i liked the game, and changes like this one takes the joy out of my L2 experience. If all games did whatever they wanted and not what makes the player base happy, content, joyful, how long would that game last? NCSoft is indeed on its last leg and could shut its doors at any moment. So why give those of us who have been here from the beginning this horrible bad taste in our mouths at the end?...Money. They're like the Politicians of today. Although they are supposed to be here working for us the player base, they seem to be in it for themselves. Well at lease you gave me a summoner to play around with before you closed the L2 Doors. Thank you for that.

LOL, no. It means that they can't stack. If normal ISS br is up and you use brooch BR it just vanishes into thin air. If limit is up and you use brooch BR it just vanishes into thin air. If you have agathion br up and use brooch , then agathion will vanish into thin air and brooch will start. At one time you could have Brooch br and iss br up at the same time + any of your enchantment skills which gave you great dmg. Now sense they have decided that Brooch is considered a "BR" they don't stack. To some it will only upset them a little cause they have super gear. To others like myself, it makes a difference.

When Ertheia first appeared they had a skilled called Warped Space. They still have it, but it was changed because people said it was to OP to be able to bascially root a person for 30sec. It wasn't really a root it just made you fight the evis within the magic circle. So they changed it to a 5sec root thats basically a useless skill. This is all leading up to the question. If that skill was so bad, how exactly did the game decide that a God Jewel that can root you for 45sec was a good ideal? And to make it even worse, you die, rez in town and you're still rooted. Can someone explain the logic behind these God jewels and there capabilities. Is it just me or did they go just a bit to far. Its also becoming perfectly clear that Gravity Barrier and Spallation or not at all what they seem. What says Invincible against all debuffs and damage is not really the case. Tyr stunns seem to make it through those skills, and God jewels act as if the skills don't exist. Not overly-whining about evis because we do have good power, but if you take a skill away why give it to another with even more power if it was so OP. Or, give us a skill that says one thing, but isn't at all what it states. And saying that we have a 30sec skill that is OP is not really true. Almost everybody just "kites" until skill is down. Then jump back and kill. We are best in enclosed spaces

Why does it seem like this Archer conversation is a none conversation? Get a few cooldowns and archer is the same as it was before the maintenance. It aint nerfed in anyway shape, form, or fashion. Pretty much says it all, but people seem to be overlooking your statement for some reason. On my evis i've searched for any and all cooldowns, some of which aren't as high as they can be because i can't afford a +10 dragon shirt and +10 sayha. But that being said my MoS has a nice low down time. Archers searching for some of the same items will have no problem over-coming a 10sec reuse. This is not a nerf. Ask Rogues what a real nerf looks like... Atlease it takes a archer with some good gear and weapon to do these 1-2shots. Old Rogues could have on the most basic of gear and still kill anything in front of them...Thats was nerf. This is not.

When did the "ISS Heriophant" become not wanted or not needed? I've always lived by the DoomCryer myself, but didn't know peeps were kicking the heriophant to the curb.

Message is within the seasons greetings message. They don't give a "down-time", just a message saying it will happen. SOOOO, all the Greedy chest people jus thave to keep spamming til they can get in first. Youtube, relax, and spam.

He kinda figured out that if only a chosen few knew about this and the majority didn't...its an exploit. Of all the clan leaders and previous clan leaders out there only this one guy was aware of this and spoke about it. One would think many would have join this thread to explain it to the rest of us, and ask us why we didn't know about this. Well, because only the chosen few, the exploiters, had any knowledge of it. The rest of us, and Slycutter, were in the dark about the random exploits that some seem to find and benefit from.

Seems most of the stuff this update offers is for those that are higher lvl. i dont really see anything that will make those that are lvl110 and below to happy. Or am i missing something?

I know that people think that all high lvl guys spend alot of RL money to get were they are, but such is not the case for all. And the lvl's come if you're doing it as a Solo toon most of the time. I'm a low-end RL money spender, and i take others with me as i lvl. I'm never without a Healer and Tank, neither of which is my toon. I help the ones that can't lvl on their own. Even with that being said my Evis is lvl112 and going rather nicely. If i did this as a solo toon i'm sure i'd already be atlease lvl114. This being said, i have never and never will have the mentality to take from others. Thats a mind-set that eludes me. You reach lvl115 fastest, you're already much much stronger. So why kill lower toons for spots that you don't really need for the 2 hours of time that benefit them wayyyy more than it does you? You, the higher lvl guys with the super gear, can lvl anywere you want. Get super Exp in the much bigger areas and don't really need that 2 hours, so you actually just take it because you can, not because you really need it. I hope that I never ever become the type of guy/girl that vies gaming in the way that you obviously do. i do as i please and let the others just die. I sometimes find myself getting a bad attitude toward some of the takers who randomly PK for the spot, then throw up a war to stop you from taking it back. That i feel is one of the worse parts of this game. To stop me from fighting back you put up a war that will affect my whole clan because you can't deal with just me. I don't mind dieing to PvP, what i mind is not being able to PvP back because it shall effect my whole clan. Well you say "Join a PvP clan". Hmm, all the backstabbing that goes on in those clans is enough to ensure that nobody really see's any of them as an actual "Clan". Here today, gone tomorrow, with guys that hated each other yesterday fighting side-by-side today. Nah i'll stick with the PvE clans that have a much, much better track record, with the same peeps who have known and loved each other for years. PvE FOR LIFE, with a little PvP thrown in to keep things spicy.

I like this thing about buffs that you speak of when referring to summoners. If you billed up the summoner a larger quantity of her skills should be transferred to the summons. I believe this is a change that should be made in order to make them more viable. I also feel that this may never happen because there seems to be a refusal to "monitor" the game itself. The stronger you make a character type, the more likely the bot masters will choose it as the "character of choice". Once that happens the GameMasters fix them by making the character weaker instead of taking care of the problem. That always seems to be the solution to any given problem in this game. I believe the last time they did something to help the summoners was when they made the retributor more useful than a bow. Other than that the summoners have gotten very little love. Maybe someday before this game shuts its doors the summoner will rise again....Someday...Maybe..Who knows really lol.

You have to treat the cloaks like most things NCSoft has to offer. Buy 2, lvl them side by side. Never take both of them back down together, only up. Even if its crazy hard you will still have 1 at the highest lvl you could get them. My dwarf has 53 luck. I currently have 2 +8 cloaks. Gonna make them Legendary and try for higher. If all else fails i will atlease have 1 cloak at +8. Costly? About as costly as anything else in this game. I cry alot like most, then i accept my losses and move on. This game is like Vegas, the house always wins.
