[Overbuff issue - 24 buffslots aren't enough]

I don't think odds work like that at all, personally. But 150 Attempts does seem high for something that is 5%. For some people tho, if that is their unluckiest moment, they'll take it in their path for a lv10 box or w/e is the good one up there.

Happy news, I was having this problem yesterday but today the Waiting Queue is back and all is well again. And I did nothing, except take a day off from L2. I think the same will happen to you guys.

User Agreements are like contracts, usually made by lawyers. They will cover every scenario a company may possibly find itself in (like Mandatory Payments), even if there is a tiny chance that this business model would ever happen.

After March 24 Maintenance, I get d/c'ed very often, most specifically in Giran where I cannot even walk before d/c'ing. 

Before that maintenance, I would not d/c at all sitting in Giran or afk exp'ing for 12+ hours.

And I have had a few U.S. based players have the same issues as me as well, making it a bug affecting many.

[Blessed Jewelry Not Augmenting]

Looks like some people were on top of it already! Since the February 24th, 2021 maintenance, I noticed this issue was fixed. Thank you very much to the GM's and West-side team for this, it's sincerely appreciated! 

[Wings Of Splendor Trade Status]

I think the game would get a big boost if all the levels of Wings Of Splendor were trabeable as opposed to only Level 4 and above. This would spur on more interest in a very cool, new item, making the market more active, and giving players more opportunities to get this fun item. 

[Blessed Jewelry Not Augmenting]

A lot of jewelry is coming Blessed as is, like all the Blessed Angel Jewelry from Valentine Event of February, 2021. But they don't seem augmentable in any way. This would be hugely appreciated by the player base if a future maintenance/update fixed that.
