Their plan was to remove all Items and services from the Web Galleria... now if you click on the Shop link it just offers you NCoin in various amounts. They also dumped everything from the L2Store(only partly moved to Einhasad Gold Coin Shop)... now the L2Store is just for Einhasad Coin packs and monthly/weekly bundles. Of course they could have just moved the whole package to the L2Store or offered each item in the Einhasad Shop, but somebody lazy thought why bother with that crap... and came up with the monthly/weekly bundles instead.

OK, I also have a discontinued Item... +6 Tallum Blade*Dark Legion's Edge - Lightning with Robust Health SA(it used to be an Automatic SA when you got to +4 or better) if I use a Blessed Enchant Weapon S grade scroll and Fail will I lose the SA like in the past?(AFAIK You can't get that SA anymore) with +0 no SA... I'd rather use regular EWS and Rage Quit when support refuses to restore it. Anyone have Heavenly Enchant Weapon S scrolls or Blue Save Cards S-grade?

Well ever since they moved Maintenance to Tuesday... the Actual Maintenance is performed by NCKorea, I'm about 50/50 whether all these New Staff and rebranding to NCAmerica that all operations could have moved to Korea(Only Hermes is still around since Korea took over Maintenance, but he could have been a plant?) Our Latest Lag issues could be from Korean GMs monitoring stuff invisibly... DCs could be them booting 1 or more party members to see what happens(maybe someone report you, so they wanna have a bit of fun while they "Investigate") Have Aion and B&S changed their Maintenance about 12 Hrs earlier so it looks like Korea is actually doing Maintenance there as well?

I don't think it is malicious, probably a version check type step in launching the client that is lagging out or has gotten disabled. Reloading Windows with all Updates and latest Drivers won't change a thing.

The WYNN class has the worst luck:
Goddess of Destruction(introduced Awakening) they had 3 summons with thoughts they might get a 4th... Nerfed to 2 summons, which later got Nerfed themselves.
And then the summons loose Stats(or never get them) from New or changed Skills/Items/Buffs.
And then WYNNs start to loose Summons... I still miss my Cute Bears(The PK WYNNs liked the Cougars, AFAIK there was a 3rd ranged one but I can't remember it)

Now to try and bring balance to the Class, they try a complete re-write... from PAtk to MAtk, this kind of Alpha Testing used to be done on a Test Server by Company Employees. Beta Testing (Open/Closed) is when public helps find the quirkier Bugs... If we still have most of the obvious Bugs, will we even notice the quirky ones?

Wrong section... Here on the Live Servers we know nothing about Lcoin(?), Here we spend NCoins for weekly/monthly bundles and Einhasad Gold Coins, Hero Coins from L2store rewards are already scheduled for deletion. Personally I would have to guess that Lcoin might be Classic reward... but if it has something to do with Aden I couldn't care less.

It should have been an Account tradeable box, or a bound Item for whoever received it(to use when they want).

The L2Store is only for Einhasad Coins and weekly/monthly packages(which also contain the eCoins)

In the past, if you wanted to become Dwarf Maestro or Orc Dominator... you First needed to Change Race, If you became a Dwarf; you could then become a Maestro or If you became an Orc; you could then become Dominator(now you must be Orc Mystic only) as they didn't sell much Race Change Tickets before the update... They twisted and changed the Class change operations of Red Libra to include Race Change functionality(when they Auto-change my Ertheia Buffer based on class, I'll just DlE)
Race/Gender and Name Changes are obsolete... you would need to charm support to have some benefit for even Name Change(you get to use the name over).

I thought that "Impossible Task" and "destined to fail" were sufficient to describe project Steam, I didn't think the specifics were required to demonstrate the parallels between project Steam and project Discord(the player run Discord will be around long after they give up and pull the plug on the Official Lineage 2 Discord)

You can use a mage buster with a DK, but there are still some skills that you won't be able to use. I know, I tried it.
Probably get the same results if you use an Avenger or a Stormer for that matter. You can hit a mob with anything, but at a certain point, if you want to kill fast, you'll need all of your skills and you only get that if you use a sword. That won't change.
Maestro have the same limitation when it comes to one-hand blunt. Yes, they can use any fighter weapon, but they won't be able to use all of their skills. You'll see them grayed out on your bar. And your character will pause for a second if you put those skills on your macro. Instead of those skills firing off, your character will either stop or swing with a normal melee attack. No skill used.

Anyone remember the scary Clown @BusterCasey? He was CM for a while and then he was given the Impossible task: Bring Lineage 2 to Steam, and Manage everything on Steam. Quite quickly @BusterCasey disappeared from the Forums, but even if he lead a small team the Steam project was destined to fail.
@Rownen is supposedly our new CM... with a project to manage the Official Lineage 2 Discord, we may rarely see him here in the Forums.

You can use the Buster now(I can use all skills)... I think the change he was talking about was the Built-in SAs(boosts for either P.Atk or M.Atk Characters), not the actual P.Atk and M.Atk being altered. If we get this change, the Cutter and Buster may not have the exact same Built-in SAs... just that they would both have beneficial effects for fighter/mage Characters.
I was only commenting that adding M.Atk boosts to Ranged Weapons would be pointless.

You should post this in last week's Maintenance(before it moves to Archive), there were a few people complaining about this.

To OP, I agree, there should be an exclusive class for every race and Kamael should have one, too. But that would require more re-coding and we already know NCSoft West isn't trying to incur unnecessary costs for this old game or give away too much for free. If they still sell Race Change tickets, you'll have to buy that. Or role a Kamael and class change it using Stone of Destiny. Just don't pick Dominator or Maestro, if you want to stay a Kamael.
The NEW Automatic Race adjustment is really for the Newer Classes(SayhaSeer, Eviscerator, DK and the upcoming new Dwarf Class[& Maestro to keep all Crafting... for a useless book maybe, Why?])But really Either use the NEW adjustment only for any "Newer Classes" and maybe Maestro?? just remove them for Dominator(The RULE since Diversification was Orc Race[when they made chaos essence]... ANY MODEL as long as you were an Orc... now you auto adjust to Orc Mage so there are less options to make a Dominator now) I'd be Happy to Start my Dominator from scratch again, if they just removed the Older Class restrictions like Maestro and Dominator. The Kamael Class restrictions on gender were removed some time ago, the Race Change Ticket is gone even though Kamaels could never use it, now they can at least change from Kamael model(I might even turn a Seer to Dominator if they removed the Race&model restrictions... but without Race Change, I can't get my Titan form back on this one)
If they just add 2 options for Red Libra: ISS Dominator(Mage) & ISS Dominator(Fighter) then I could still use my Character the way I wanted(Titan turned Dominator Main for model & Doomcryer Dual) If I had the chance before this Update restricted Dominators to just the Mage model, I'd have swapped Main Class to Doomcryer after changing Dual to the Original Titan(since with the current mechanics I can't ironically have BOTH "Orc Mystic" classes on an "Orc Fighter" model) support seems to think any Class change would change your appearance/model lol, until this update, you could only change your Toon by buying either the Race Change Ticket or Gender Change Ticket... some classes were blocked if you used Red Libra, now anything blocked before will auto adjust your race... but if they go full auto adjust that will be the end for me.

Appearances are becoming just for you... Other players will only see them when you are both in a less populated area(the generic Mask over-rides even unmodified armor like Twilight)

They Took Our Weapon Appearances outright, They diminish our Armor Appearances by imposing the generic C-grade Mask when spawning in a heavily populated area(some times when 2 toons have logged together, they never see the other toon with the proper Appearance)the Death Knight leads the way forward on this server(give up all Appearance options like DK, you might get better DPS)but soon we'll all be female dorfs... the next new Class will be so over powered, and the Racial auto adjustment will mean the server will likely seem like pedoville, if they do ever change they will all stay female(rage against the NC machine) Some people paid for those options... but the way things are going eventually PVP will seem like your poking at your reflection.

Maintenance is not complete... your game client updated, but the Server is only 4 hrs. into the 5.5 hrs. downtime(I don't really expect it to finish on time tho)
