With that crit rate you should crit 100% of the time. I tested and with skills on savagery and 800+ i crit 100% of the time

Well actually the Source of Fire will take a lot longer unless you decide to sit in the area that has no XP. The issue of the rewards for the Fire Part were raised months ago and still there has been no response to the issue. I doubt that there ever will be, but yes you are correct it will take years to get the level 10 using the current reward system. Think about the Fire Part, you are able to use 60 a day yet you are only able to get 24 a day. So either we are missing something in the version that we have or someone made a huge math error . Regardless without the rewards that we are supposed to get from the Fire Part some of the skills will take years to get get to level 10. Also we still don't have the Burned Tree, again another thing holding us back.

I give you a challenge to either accept or not. Its been noted in the forums multiple times. YOUR servers are exceptionally unstable, this results in disconnections. There are a few instances where this impacts the community, Dethrone when summoning a fire and Olympiad. It wont take a rocket scientist to fix the issues but will take you guys to actually look at the dynamics which may be harder for you as you are not aware of many of the dynamics that are in the game. Fix this and maybe you will get some credence to this reinvention of the company we all call NCFAIL.

You cant create a stronger and vibrant community without trust and sorry to say you have little of that left in the community. Do what you were supposed to do before. read the forums list the issues and SHOW us what you are going to do about it. There is no lack of information here so do this and MAYBE we will believe you

So let me see if I got this right... You now have a "chance" to get a "Real Protection Cookie" for a 5% chance to get an item.... And you spend 72 NCCoin for a chance to get a cookie. That's just absurd

How are you able to follow the discussion when you are rarely on forums? Why did it take so long to respond? What are you going to evaluate? The poor execution of the event, the bad rates, the bad rewards? You have said you will keep our feedback in consideration before, did you and your team somehow forget about that when you decided on this event? Your apologies are empty at this stage, you keep apologizing but nothing is EVER done. Start acting instead of talking, maybe and just maybe we will start to listen. I doubt that you or your team understand the frustration that has been caused, if you did you would have done something quicker than what you did. Start reading the forums and give us a list of what you are going to fix. It's called transparency, I know you and your team don't understand the concept, or at least the community feels this way, but it may help. The poll you created only shows how little you understand about the community and what problems exist. If you had ACTUALLY leveled a toon to 115 you would. If you had actually tried the events, which most people use to upgrade their toons, and seen the dreadful rewards vs the money spent you would. If you looked at the pricing on your events and added up the monetary value you would understand this game is overpriced. Maybe think about a few things you and your team can do to improve the game and post something, I doubt you will but you know wonders will never cease.

For someone that prided themselves on communication you really are not very good at reading the message. Here is the part that you so gracefully missed So that being the case and the abysmal track record of the GM people bought the item in the shop at 80 NCCoin. You now put this as a discount after the initial event and didn't bother communicating this to the community The lack of communication from the GMs has led to this issue, are you going to respond to that? Additionally, the event has limited items so with no other option, because your "Promo" department doesn't know the prices that are actually in game, people purchased the 80 NCCoin option. I also fail to see how no response was provided earlier as any person with two eyes could clearly see the in game price and the so called "Promo" and see that the numbers were way off. Let's not even go to why your "Promo" department provided that price for the event. So really a response could and should have been provided on day 1 as to what you were going to do, not a week later
