These stones do exist in the jamoa boxes, just the chance is abysmal. I've gotten a total of 6 circlet and 2 brooch stones, from thousands upon thousands of boxes opened. I'm not sure why they keep these at such low chance. There's just no reason for that, but it's what is is.

Every level you're above the mob nets you around 11% more damage. This has came up since the update prior to the latest one.

It's not NCs fault, it's the "players", that abused everything possible, by any means possible to out gear the rest. NC just saw a very good profit in that and pushed it harder. So please, next time you post such things, name the braindeads that got the game to this point.

Tyrrs can also rush in peace zones, Isses can do that too. Daggers are able to shadow chase and jump to the flower.... Archers can use their jumps too. Evis and Sayha got jump skills too...... What are you taking about?!?!?

This is wrong by the way. This is the case only on ncw for the past 5-6 libras or so. In the past and in other regions, libra merchant prices are always cheaper, even compared to light Giran.

The game is set up, so that to farm in these zones, you first need to gear up, then if you want, you can go farm these runes, you're not supposed to learn them immediately. Let alone the newest ones, that require two of them. If your bias, makes you think that this is nonsense, better don't try to argue, your points are weak. New players as said above after supposed to gear up first. ToI requires a decent amount of gear to even start on the first floor, so the logic is that these skills are obtainable by in-game means over time. I personally learned all my skills by farming, including the new ones. Also there's the l2store with promos, if you are too impatient and want to take a shortcut. It has its costs too.
