Thanks for the list of compensations @Sunshine It's good that these are going out sooner than later, especially for the people who were interrupted during their transcendence dungeon instances so many times (when the lag was occurring).

@Sunshine @Juji Blackbird server has no monsters, at least in Silent Valley and for the event. I haven't checked elsewhere. Monsters are despawned probably server-wide.

No, the server isn't up/accessible. It still says "Down". I just restarted the client twice to double check for you and whomever else. As of right now it still says "We are currently undergoing game server maintenance. Please log in again later."

I actually just had this happen to me a few minutes ago. There was 7-8 minutes left on the Transcendence Dungeon Instance and the server crashed. This is the 3rd or 4th time that my Transcendence Dungeon instances have experienced issues from server-related problems.

The server has been down again for the past 20 minutes. FYI

@Sunshine It's been a few days since compensation was mentioned. Many people have died repeatedly, been logged out numerous times a day, failed on their transcendence dungeons (due to extensive HP potion lag and/or server crashes), lost items in some rare cases, and more. Meanwhile, the other server has 100% uptime and no lag interfering with their gameplay. To many players' experience and concern, compensation has not been pro-active thus far (nothing for days of issues so far and no hint in sight). So, after your team fully resolves the issue, will it still reasonably account for the disadvantages and inconveniences that players have experienced?

Yea it is kind of strange. I would have enjoyed playing Death Knight with a Elf or Dark Elf female. They likely budgeted the cost by limiting the animations and gear models etc to one sex only.

The title of this thread has changed to COMPLETE, but in case no one noticed due to there not being an extra post for it : The server is back online now.

Over the past 2 days HP potions would not work while doing the Transcendence Dungeon. Players who may be strong enough to do it without potions aren't affected, although a lot of playerbase can be. When you restart the servers for maintenance this time, I recommend resetting the Transcendence Dungeon for everyone so that at least those players who had issues can have some fun this time around. It's also puzzling why your team wouldn't give some form of compensation in general for the inconvenience.

I figured it out, thanks to the help of someone on Discord named Vex in the L2 Community. Warsmiths get Tenacity level 4, regen extra hp when hit etc. They also get Mechanical Assist which spawns golem attacks or something upon attacking targets, and another Stun Mechanical Assist at 76 with a rare book needed. Apparently Bounty Hunters are better at all other combat aspects of the game beyond AOE, but require rare skill books though. FYI in case anyone other than myself was wondering someday. Cheers
