im on talking Island and I tried to purchase ncoin to get some stuff. My account was subsequently blocked for payment issues (BS reason btw its a good card). I reached out to support NCSOFT appeals team and other than the "thanks for contacting us" and giving them information regarding the account info, credit card last 4, email and zip I have heard nothing. I made an additional request to the appeals team and again got the canned response. This has been going on since April 17 and I'm about to give up trying. Juji can you help? Anyone else? Three tickets so far created.....
