  6. @Hermes PLEASE consider this option and speak about it with your team. I spent literally THOUSANDS on my +15 Elmore (the last augment legit took $450 USD). We JUST had a cloak event a few months ago where collectively we gave NCSoft thousands of dollars and now we have this new cloak event basically making my Ferios/Elmore useless. Doesn't seem very fair to do to your paying customers.
  7. What is "Sayha’s Treasure Chest promotion"? Also, still no fixes for having the new maintenance land directly on Olympiad and Kadin boss time? How about the system messaging that we're still not seeing that tells us issues about our inventory being full, damage done, damage received, skills landing/being resisted etc? @Hermes @GM_dufo
  8. @Primali Is there any sort of update regarding the damage text that we used to be able to get in the chat window? This was crucial for this game and it's a bit concerning none of the NCSoft staff has been responding to the major complaints on these forums that came with that assassin patch.

  10. Hi @Hermes. I agree with everything @DidAllCould said but would like to add a few things that I know people are upset by and actively complaining about. 1. What happened to being able to enable damage, exp, etc (system messages) to one of our chat boxes (see screenshot). Almost every single person that I have talked to is frustrated by this due to the on screen "Damage Text" not being ideal as it's laggy and goes away very quickly. 2. Nerfing items unannounced and unnecessarily. One example Aquamarine Lvl 4 now gives 30 MP when it used to give ~120 MP which is a HUGE nerf. I and many others worked very hard to level these gems and this change has basically made some mages unable to farm as the mana return is not sufficient enough. I would really like to know the purpose of such a nerf for an item that we've already paid real life money to get (loot boxes). Very very frustrating. 3. Auto return to village in normal hunting zones after death. This is honestly changing one of the last things in this Classic server that is actually classic. Now all my toons will be moved back to town dead and I will have to use My Teleport Scrolls to get back to farming (see next point). 4. Why were "My Teleport Scrolls" and "My Teleport Book(s)" removed from the L2 Store? From what I can tell we have no tradeable scrolls now and you have literally increased the price of these scrolls 800% and added a HUGE inconvenience to your player base. This seems to go hand in hand with the "auto return to village" so we're forced to buy more Teleport Scrolls to set back up farming. SCENARIO: One of my buffers needs a Teleport Scroll I am forced to buy my buffer a 1,000 L2 Coin pack for 250 NCoin for only 50 scrolls (before I could spend $1.00 and get enough non-imprint to last) Repeat for all my buffers (regularly due to auto return to village) This removed a way for us to pay a small fee for a small quality of life improvement, instead it seems like we're being gouged. ----- I know some of these are duplicates from the other thread, but anyone in customer service knows that if 3-4 people are complaining about the same thing then there is likely 100's more not happy, and something needs to be done about it. I hope the GM's can address some of these issues and I appreciate your time reading my post @Hermes.

  14. Well said, this is exactly why I have stopped purchasing any of the event boxes on any of my characters. It's demoralizing to see someone with 70+ f2p accounts logged in get the level 5 jewel from a free event while I drop $500 on boxes and get elixirs/fruits/stews etc. Until this is fixed I won't be spending anymore money on this game, and most of the people I talk to feel the exact same way.
  15. @Hermes Thanks for the update, much appreciated! Will we be refunded for our costs associated with entering this event, including but not limited to entry costs for me and my 29 buffers plus my level 3 elixirs and fruit potions for each character? Thanks in advance @Hermes !

  17. Hello @Arctic, It's nice to see that your team is still interested in hearing our feedback because after the Vanguard patch there are some major issues that are not healthy for the server. I can't speak for all the issues but here are my top ones: Set back the TOI adena drop rate before the update (and hopefully adjust LOA to make it so mages can be profitable). It's not right that a 2 man party in forgotten island earns more adena per hour than a 2 man party in TOI3 with top gear. Set back the L2 coin drop before the update Make transformation scrolls tradeable again. This was our one way to get Transforms which seems impossible now.

  19. Most of my accounts are receiving this error when trying to login: "You were logged out due to a restricted account or IP." I was on all of these accounts before reset with no issues so did the patch cause this to happen? Anyone else running into this? @Juji @Arctic
  20. @Juji @Arctic Please provide an update as to what is being done about the adena drops so I can know if I will be quitting or not.
  21. @Juji @Arctic Are you still pushing to get the adena drop rate fixed? It is literally not sustainable and this is inevitably going to make people quit even more. I'm even considering quitting myself along with most of my friends. Please provide some sort of update.
