Restart the server i can not open my inventory warehouse from 20 minutes, what is this ? for what we paid to stay in lag ?

@Sunshine how do you explain that the other Aden server works perfect and this one not ? Is not the same files ? Wipe all, refund all NC to accounts and open new server, end of story or merge servers

@Sunshine does it make any difference if you connect trough the North or South America or is the same connection ? just logged on the other aden server, 0 lag, works perfect, how this server is so laggy ? NPC connection takes 3-5 minutes to open, lag SS, lag hp pots, 3 seconds delay on movement, disconnect after 5 minutes if afk in town in shop.... and the list keeps going...

WTS LAG , big time LAG - 5 minutes to open the WH GG

For sure many players are thinking the same after this 2 days. Lets see how long will take this

Can we do that since the server has this big issues ? Was something mentioned in T&C of the payments about this if is a server related issue to get the full refund back ?

You know how embarrassing is this situation from the last 2 days, i could not even log or stay online more then 2 hours to play, the community starts wondering is this an official server or private ?

No, they wont help me with this.. Can i buy a new deluxe pack and join on the other server GMT +1 if i have already bought on Deluxe pack before and used it on the Aden GMT -5 @Sunshine ?
