You and your staff are wrong again. Those items were deleted only if they were in players inventory. Since they were given through the dimensional merchant some players decided to keep them there until after the deletion date. When they claimed them through the dimensional merchant to use during this exp event is when they did NOT stack and disappeared from players inventories. Maybe try a new investigation, or maybe get some more experience before making erroneous statements. Here is a better suggestion though....stop putting deletion dates on items and let players use them at their own convenience

you cant respect this company after dealing with their "support" team and after reading what they post here on the forums im going to post a youtube vid and show all of my interactions with ncsoft "support" team just to prove how incompetent this whole company is not sure why we get 3rd world service in a NA official server

the server isnt even showing a "heavy" population, its still medium on both servers....neither server is even close to maximum capacity unless there are 100 accounts logged in that arent accounted for by the servers? maybe invisible account or proxy server users?

the problem is constant with huge lag spikes happening occasionally....i know you are new to your job, but you can learn these issues by logging in only for a few hours a day you have free to play people exploiting the lag, and you have paying customers who are becoming victim to the lag

any update on these issues? i am unable to exp during this "exp event" because all of my cocktail buff potions disappeared lag is making it impossible to even open coolers

umm, you were just asking a few days ago in another post where you should spend your billions of adena...and now you are quitting because items wont drop from chests you pay real $ for? lol seems a bit irrational the timer should be removed on all items, realistically i said it years ago, items and buffs should be used on the players time...not the servers time...especially in a game that takes a lifetime of investment even the timers on runes for example, why do i lose time on an xp rune when im logged out? what if our internet goes out for a day or 2 or 3? we lose 2-3 days on our rune for what reason? what if we are somewhat normal and only want to play a few hours a day, but we cant because we have to get every minute worth of xp rune that keeps counting down....just pathetic scam after scam
