You have to know old pin to change new pin. You have to make a ticket to contact a GM to reset the pin if you don't know your old pin. That is what I did and I am waiting for the ticket to clear later today. I hope this helps!!

Help I don't remember my pin which means I can't reset it! lol NCSOFT GMs you are awesome if you can solve my issue!
