Certainly agree here. The initial player violated the terms of agreement (knowingly) and was appropriately banned for it. The Wayvern was included to add another dimension to the game and reward people who focused on building their characters. Given the circumstances, it only makes sense to reintroduce those rewards back into the game by giving them to the 2nd place winner.
