We got a code for two premier coins with only two weeks to use it, I have been on vacation and now I get back and the premier coins are gone and the code is unusable. I'm very disappointed in NCsoft's handling of Premier Coin event from start to sad finish. Please restore the coins and the code for at least another two weeks so more of us can take advantage of redemption.

No, they are not included in Random Craft. They were removed in an update sometime in early 2022 when the crafting system was revamped. Admins please add back the items to random craft rotation or make purchaseable so we can complete the collection.

Game is completely stupid. It's like the people developing it/maintaining it don't actually play it and have no concept of the game outside of loot box/P2W revenue optimization. It's void of any meaningful quests or milestones, the dialogue is in broken English, desirable equipment is impossible to obtain, wholesale bot operations exist with impunity.
This game should either be shut down or be totally revamped with actual passionate game designers and programmers.

20k LCoins for a +3 +3 +3 and +4, absolutely disgusted with NCSoft and these Bait and Switch tactics. The event was incredibly unfair. I think we all deserve refunds if we participated in this garbage event.

This is Tsitharys of The White Order, the predominant alliance in Blackbird. We have tolerated the Elcadian presence in our shared dungeons such as LOA, Hellbound, and Elmoreden for far too long. Consider this a declaration of war. ANY _42 CAUGHT IN SHARED INSTANCE IS CONSIDERED PERSONA NON GRATA AND WILL BE KILLED ON SIGHT.
