@Sunshine I address this to all CM`s and Tech.support, but mostly for DEV that are getting paid for doing nothing. Me and friends started on this server, they started from day 1, I started from day 2. All of us supported server on maximum I mean payment, but what we get in return is not worth even a piece of a paper. Let`s be clear without any fantasies, I Essence player starting from servers White/Black on Ru-Official and still playing this, so I have some kind of understanding what good Essence server is about. What we have here.... Server idea: 1) 10 clients per 1 PC -> Dead economics starting from 2.nd week of the server - market will be abnormal with the prices for adena and normal players who play 1-2 client per PC will not be able to use that market. 2) Limited payment - that will be implemented by stages ( good idea I support that ) 3) Drops from raid bosses - Belts, talismans and etc... ( Agree with everything excluding Belts. Belt is main item for Essence game and if it`s not available for all player, how can you make it available for ZERG - clan that have 50+ ppl who is free-farming RBs, because there are no other clans with so many ppl. ) 4) Drop from Epic bosses... ( We don`t have even 1 LVL dolls available on server for all normal people, but today from Zaken some ZERG clan dropped Zaken Doll 2.LVL - is this some kind of joke? ) 5) Event with adena output from server after 1.st week of server - are you serious?! If you understand that 10 clients per PC are making to much adena and there are to many risks of RMT, just limit those clients - every player was asking for that since day 1 and maybe even before the start. Quality of server: 1) Terrible delays and lags everyday ( People can`t play normaly, can`t farm AFK, can`t PVP - it`s just not playable with those delays/lags for most of the people ) 2) Server drops ( 1-3 time per day this server is just shuting down for no reason - is this NCSOFT quality? Like seriously Official server quality is this low level? ) 3) STILL NO FIXES IMPLEMENTED - THAT WOULD CHANGE SOMETHING ( We really wait for some miracles here and still spending time and money on this project believing that something will change soon, but sad truth - still nothing happened, only promises from CM`s about information and that`s it. All player still wait for this to be fixed and if you can not FIX it, than at least deal with the Logs and compensate all players who lost their money and items because of the server lags/delays. @SunshineBlackBird - DOWN again... So tired from all of that, how can we continue play and invest money and time in server, that is not fixed in more than a week and before you had BETA and tests... How unexperienced is DEV team with Essence server files?

@8FingerBillSound like you have problems with your Windows, not with the game client Re-install Windows or try to update it maybe.

PK should be free with 10 Client per PC, how to clean all those BOTS from locations if PK is hard?

Whole clan is shocked how to play BIG WAR if both sided WAR still makes you PK and gives you karma? LOL... How to hunt people from WAR.

@SunshineI think it might be a time to think about more emergency actions. LIMITING Clients or Opening one more temporary server with transfer might be an option.

As far as I can understand it is related to database loads, after restart everything is perfect and smooth for first couple of hours, than it start again little by little and gets worse.

Its just strange to play this game like that... 10 clients per PC - everywhere BOT farms holding, I need to PK them to take some spot, that is around 8.000 karma, to wash karma its only minus 3-7 karma per mob - thats just a JOKE NCSOFT created Heaven server for RMT players from around the world, now they can AFK farm in 10 windows without any payment and sell their adena and brake server economics.

@SunshineLags are back as usually... When this will be fixed finally? Can you make at list temporary solution for this situation - limiting clients / opening 3-d server with transfer

Guys I want to suggest to change WAR / PK system - this is trash like really... Now even if you have both-sided WAR you still get karma for killing your WAR and karma system is terrible -3-4 karma per MOB. If I kill wars I get like 7-10k Karma. By this logic WAR system in L2 is DEAD, PK system is now dead as well - are we supposed to play only PVE afk game now? Please explain if I don`t understand something.

@SunshineWe all understand that you guys cant find the issue at the moment or the way to fix it. While its not found and not fixed, can you please make x2 auto restarts for server? This will remove unnecessary load to servers and will give a chance to play for active players without lags at least for 7h+ per day

@SunshineGuys you need to restart server like right now - its totally unplayable now - cant do anything, nothing can be used delays are insane.

@SunshineProblems with delays are back with HP potions 20+ second and other items same.

@SunshineWhile our server is in deep ...... Elcadia ppl leveling up and playing without any issues - please open transfer. After in the multi server zone we will not be able to fight them, because of this Bugs/Lugs party on Blackbird.

PLEASE GIVE US MASSIVE TRANSFER FOR FREE TO ELCADIA - We dont want to play Blackbird anymore - like seriously - move my whole Character with everything to Elcadia - PLEASE and give back my Sayha items so I can level up normally.

@NawarroExactly... I have killed already around 20 main assisters for BOT trains 5+ ppl dealing DMG by main assister - all full AFK mode, with Heal.... Killed MA - all stoped to play, just standing AFK

@SunshineWe all understand that, but maybe company can dedicate 2-3 Tech person to start dealing with individual problems from player ticket, like mine problem with Sayha Bottles and Cookies. But DEV can handle technical issues of server globally... Because you are asking to wait for fixes and compensation, but its already few days since problem started and still NOTHING changed - the only good solution is to limit Clients per PC to 2, not 10 - most of the player agree with that.

Cant wait for at least my items to be recovered by those DEVs / Tech does not matter, not even dreaming about server FIX - that`s too unreal.

Dear NCSOFT, Its already more than 24H past since crazy situation on server. I still can`t EXP because of you, I cant play because of you, I am loosing my money because of you and most terrible I am loosing RANK because of you - I request to compensate all of that, return my items - SAYHA 200+ cookies, 200+ sayha potions - so I can continue playing and at least not loosing rank to far, because otherwise the point of playing here will be lost and I will be pushed to request full refund and leave the server. You can FIX server when you ready, but return my items so I can continue playing I can`t EXP without sayha.

10 BOX is killing the server, with economics, busy spots and server lags - because of the load. @Sunshine It would be correct to PAUSE the server work until you FIX it. People are loosing money, time and items because of the situation on server - that`s just a joke
