This probably is not going to help you and is obvious and I know this thread is old but ...higher maatk is the route I always took. I then focused on getting max cast speed in other ways. As you know for pvp speed is king but you also need some pop.

Hi, Titles are available when your clan reaches level 3. As Leader click on "Clan" from General Menu, then "Basic Info". From this screen you should be able to click on any clan member and type a title. You can also allow clan members to create their own titles through granting privilege's from this screen.

Hi, go to Special Crafting, You will see Spell Books at the top of the screen, click on this and you will see the buff spell books and what is required to acquire them.

yes Maj light set or if pvp is in yur future , start acquiring Thunder Light set, Evasion boots, Stun Gauntlets and Mana Helm

If clan leader, refresh/update clan information - put a new description about your clan or just refresh. Your clan will reappear at the top of the lvl on the list because you updated the information. For what ever reason this happens on occasion where the clan will just drop off the listing. You should check on it once a week to make sure the clan is not invisible again.
