Hello ladies and gents! I haven't played L2 in a long long time and back then only private pvp servers. Can someone help me with this? Where do I craft items? I keep getting "Design" items for crafting but idk where to use them Thank you!

Hey mates! Clearly a newbie here, was wondering, who is it that actually wins the adena/items after mob death, the highest dmg, last hit, or first like WoW perhaps? Thank you!
