  2. Nobody believes this event giving the stuff, if NCsoft is nice . Should be in one hour, non stop clicking and everyone gets the price...we have spent so much ncoins, you see? i thought got cash rebate? but cash rebate also need luck...This is totally crazy!!!! just an game items give to each player only, WHY SO HARD? instead of we leveling it to lv 115 then we 'lll get more adenas..if we invested a lot money.. but the truth is before lv 115 , all i need to do is keep on spending large and lots of money...everytime i play this game i have to feel worst about myself....so guilty all the time..keep spending non stop...

    We're continuing to see issues with character server transfers, so this functionality will remain disabled while we work out the kinks. For anyone not aware, characters were losing their items upon transferring, and because we don't want this affecting any additional players, we feel that keeping it disabled is the best course of action for now.

    Our thanks to the 22 players who experienced this problem first-hand and are patiently waiting for it to be corrected. Those players should be on the lookout for a care package from CS as a sign of our appreciation.

    We have amended our maintenance notes to reflect character server transfers continuing to be unavailable. We hope to have them reinstated during next week's maintenance, but if that changes for any reason, we'll let you know.

    Tracing back from Previous Week , we are forced to wait until 2/2/2022 , One week i cannot sleep well , not just me. 

    I think most of the players was thinking, finally today 2/2/2022 is big day for us , we can get back our items or Finally we can do server transfer . And now , i saw the post that NCjuji saids only today he is trying to get script from DEV team tonight. 

    Answers from me and most of the players :

    C'mon the incident was happening last week and this week, today before server maintainance only you are trying to get Scripts from Dev team?

    Plus Slow reply from NC tiketing system.

     

    Have we do not sacrifice ourselves to make this community better?  

     

    I am just telling the truth here. so please do something!

    I have personal issues here, my parents is with me during this chinese new year and they will be going back to my hometown which is at east malaysia next week. I need the server transfer services implanted this week so urgently and all my parents afford that help me to buy dragon weapon is still stuck at chronos and i need it urgently to help me to transfer to server naia urgently.

    I dont have any bank accounts right now and i am relying on my mom's card to help me pay for server transfer services or just pay with my paypal wallet . i did submitted tiket and i got something went wrong or some error while i was trying to use the services during server maintainance just now while i clicked on server transfer services is which is open recently for a while.

    So far , i dont know i can make the payment or not . But please! Dont give me one more week sleeping with nightmares anymore. I need this server transfer to open immediately . 

    I think what i said here is what most of the players which to say . If you still delaying , how i sleep well? I need to face a lot of issues in reality and i still need to faces those issues in my game?? 

    Please think about it. I hopefully NCsoft wont failed me again. Thanks

  7. what i hate about ncsoft is , my retailer is doing good for the sales and yet ncsoft underestimated and slow progress of restock.

    I asked about this issue to my retailer which is offgamers.com , they said that ncsoft not yet replying any of the new stock.

    You see? Retailers work so hard for sales and yet , ncsoft is doing nothing and just ignore this problem for so many days.

    I want to ask, what is the problem with NCSOFT? having too much money that cannot finish to spend and become laziness?

    Is that NCSOFT trying to reply to my retailer like this? or just keep on delay until we customers gone mad?

     

  8. Dear NCSoft and Malaysia Region lineage2 players,

     

    Letter of suggestions 

    is been 4th days already we asians wish to buy ncoins from our retailer which is offgamers.com . I am so sorry that i couldnt go for other retailer because currently i can only do purhasing using cash deposit form to my retailer. 

    So sad that NCsoft replied to me that my retailer is only physical stores. And yet Ncsoft keep replying messages in tiket which ask me for refund my money from retailer which is not possible to happens because retailer also has its own policy.

    Therefore i wish ncsoft could have done better in restock because currently is under big event and my region here got a lot of customers waiting to buy and buying very fast in my retailer website and then  4th day is not unforgiveable..and yet ncsoft is giving me other retailer suggestion which is like ebay or other retailer which is not possible because i have limited budget and all my money has already gone for my current retailer already.

  9. I have tried submitting tiket but the issue wont solve and nobody taking cares about it. that is truly a sad story because nobody fixing the issues where the scammer site advertising and i was trying to alerting players in game so that nobody fall into their trick. 

    That is why i am here to alert people inside forums as well to avoiding contacts with site. and also i hope ncsoft could do better than this for us to delete the incoming mail which is forcefully delivered by L2progamer. Thanks!

  10. I believed that most players have receive forcefully from L2progamer toon to mail system in lineage2 game.

    No matter how hard i tried, i cant delete the mail from them and it is rapidly advertising every week.

    I hope NCSOFT taking actions by deleting their system because it is so irritating . I was one of their victim and i get scammed from them few months ago.

     

  11. This is ridiculous , main class skills is not deleted . only dual class skills all deleted..including spellboks...ncsoft launched red libra event..but summon soulshots books are none to be found.. and bleeping players are selling it for high price..damn! 

    what i can acceptable is main class skills not deleted..but dual class..!!!

    where to find this book? what is the point of creating event making people lost of items and cant be refunded then? making huge mess for players like me trying to find the book?

    i submitted tiket and ncsoft replied me is not refunded..how am i going to find the book if it is not existed? why not selling the book in grocery shop?

    and by the way,
     

    hairstyle potion from A to D , the basic hair style and faces should be selling in grocery shop..but ncsoft deleted it!

    once modem is heated or damage , it stills can be connected but it stills having a lots of problem with disconnecting..so you u need to check overall cpu and services provider to understand your problems and undertake the problems of your own..

  13. I am one of the players who complained to support tiket as  NCjuji mentioned earlier. 

    and i have been complaint to both ncsoft and my services provider for many months, now i finally manage to solve all this.

    So if you all have these kinds of problem just listen up my advice and go do it as soon as possible. it is greatly helped and is 100% worked with this technique that i mentioned in earlier post

    Ok listen up mate,

    Here is the tips for restoring nc launcher problem:

    1st : main priority >> go windows 10 home originals

    2nd : disable all micosoft services > go run > type : msconfig and disable all

    3rd : contact your services provider and ask them change new modem for all .

    4th : change your cable to CAT 7 erthenet cable 

    5th : using a cooling pad blows your modem for 24 hours or more and good cooling sytem for your CPU as well ( panasonic fan would be great )

     

    here is all the stuffs i did and now it worked perfectly fine without disconnecting and lagging issue
