Yeah, you need to make a NORTH AMERICAN TIME.... as the server says, who do you think on the West coast is playing at noon? your team utterly amazes me some days.... not in a good way either.

Incorrect, NC Coin has what is called an intrinsic value because it has a direct ratio with the dollar X NC Coin = X Dollars. When NC Soft advertised items for NC Coin, each player can only "buy" these items in game via an exchange (NC Coin) with the US dollar, making the items that NC Soft advertise have an intrinsic value as well. One can not simply bypass illegal activity by selling "chips" for money, just as a casino can't rob you of your "poker chips" and later say, well it wasn't "real" money, it was poker chips. NC Soft has done the same thing with NC Coin and there is a TON of legal precedence that backs this up. We as a community aren't stuck, what we are (using the royal we) is action adverse. The community comes onto forums, complains and then stops there, hence the ignoring and removing of posts. What the community needs to do is flood ALL of NC Softs social media, showing other gamers in other games how they "conduct business". The community also needs to stop trolling one another and place blame where it belongs, at the feet of NC Soft West. You want things to change, take action, report them for illegal activity, contact the gaming commission, FCC, post on every social media platform NC Soft has, you'd see change. Or troll the post (although you'll make an ass out of yourself as I have a law degree and I'm certain of the above) and continue having a company literally steal from you.

How about you legally don't have any right to SELL someone something with the understanding that the item is permanent (this is called an assumed verbal or written contract), then later on, AFTER money has changed hands, to take the item we PAID for and remove it without EQUAL or greater compensation PRIOR to doing so. This DOES NOT mean you can simply say, we will compensation you without announcing WHAT that equal compensation is. This is 100% as illegal as it gets. You can run the game into the ground, you can change the rules, you can ignore us and make the game terrible all you want. But you do this, and you're committing fraud. PERIOD. When consumers see or hear an advertisement, whether it’s on the Internet, radio or television, or anywhere else, federal law says that ad must be truthful, not misleading, and, when appropriate, backed by scientific evidence. The FTC enforces these truth-in-advertising laws, and it applies the same standards no matter where an ad appears – in newspapers and magazines, online, in the mail, or on billboards or buses. The FTC will enforce this and I and many other gamers will be HAPPY to report your illegal activity, and if you remove this post, not only will you be guilty of fraudulent activity, but this will be tantamount to conspiracy by the moderators in an attempt to cover up a reported crime.. as yes, this HAS been reported as a crime. Enough is enough. I HIGHLY encourage other gamers to report this behavior to the FCC, this is illegal, its immoral and its time NC Soft West was held accountable for there illegal actions. with this logic we shouldn't blame the drug dealer either just tell the person addicted to stop. Right? This company has ZERO ethics... NONE... they take advantage of an addiction.. and because the game industry isn't regulated they do everything that's illegal in a casino (for that very reason) and use it here in the game. The should be ashamed, but instead, they just remove the posts, silence people and ignore the rest.

GM's aren't even paying attention... Constant non stop PK by people and GM response is "its part of the game". I recommend everyone pk everyone else non stop, because GMs say its part of the game. Show them how miserable their "rules are". Seeing how they don't know because they don't play the game. Current state is miserable, Im not even playing anymore because of the constant PKs @Hermes @Wisp Thank you both for making an already bad game, unplayable.

@WisspLet's hope you're not like all the other GM's and come in say some nice things then go silent. I suggest you look at Skills in PVP (They simply do not land to be useful at all, things like silence, root, paralyze) Also, look at summoners and necromancers. Both the classes are horrible and above 110 are simply worthless. We as a community have been BEGGING them to fix skills for YEARS, this last patch was supposed to do that, but didn't.. and here we are 6 mo later, no update, no communication, no "were working on it here is the issue" just silence... and were SO TIRED of silence while they keep pumping out pay to win gambling events.

Dear @Arctic, We understand your frustration. As much as we would like to comment we're not the developers so , unfortunately if you would like to get real feedback from your community, please post on forums under Future updates. Other than that, we have looked into your characters and found that the job mechanics are working as intended. We as players understand your frustration, however because we aren't developers we really aren't equipped to care at all about anyone leaving, or any new hires. As much as we would like to say good luck, @Arctic WE DON'T CARE, @Hermes WE DON'T CARE. @EMpulse WE DON'T CARE You OBVIOUSLY don't give a crap about us.. why should we care about ANYTHING with you? Please continue screwing us out of money, keeping servers down for entire days, ignoring our request and laughable "compensation"
