How is it even possible to provide such a poor customer service and communication?? @Sunshine @Hime "The winners will be selected and announced on Friday, October 29 and we will apply the code to the account tied to their forum name no later than Monday, November 1." I work as a retail manager for the last 20+ years therefore have a vast customer service experience. If I treated my customers same way as you treat your customers here on this forum I might as well close the door and turn the lights off... I understand it is easy to hide behind the anonymity of internet and the fact this is not a two way communication process it is easy to ignore us, players. You might be underpaid (or even work for free) but that is your choice. You have signed up to this role. You are the face of NCSOFT here. You just can NOT come up with big giveaway and then NOT announce winners or a reason why the prize draw has been delayed. I really can't imagine any other business where you could ignore customers same as the online gaming community. Maybe that's why you work here, because you don't care about players. Shocking. Appaling. I have been playing online games for the 20+ years but would have to think long and hard about another game where the forums and communications to players have been managed so poorly.
