@Kurisu I hope they are aware that ppl quit in hundreds right now, and they might also be aware that those ppl still read the patch notes from time to time, so they might return if there are positive changes. Think pk system is the biggest struggle for <85 lvl, in other words for majority of players, due to constant abuses. I'm pretty sure that not that many ppl will continue playing if they get killed every day, multiple times a day for months by all the same players. just 2c

Suggestions: scrolls and consumables in general should be under free tier rewards. Paid pass rewards can come less often, but should be way more meaningful, 1st pass was a good one. Cursed Enchant Scroll might come as a 5th card of the page reward, Blessed Enchant Scroll might come as a 10th card of the page reward, something like that. Gloves of Silence might be a final reward, or a Special Armor Ticket. Some examples/comments about current rewards. Consumables numbers should be reviewed, getting 3 atk scrolls every 10 pages (24k mobs) equals to no reward at all (same applies to most of your premium rewards unfortunately), because they last for 1 hour in total and 24k mobs take way more time than 1 hour for a general single-target class. Getting 2 subjugation crystals... you require to spend 18 of those per 1 attemp for a 15% chance 3-star book, along other materials. Cmon guys, how many passes should 1 complete for a single try on a skill book? I understand you expect ppl to pay, but it should not be an impenetrable pay wall, give them something, some means of acquiring similar things in-game in a reasonable amount of time, not taking billion years vs 5 minutes for "casino players". If you want more suggestions and feedback in general, you should start participating in the discussions and asking for it explicitly btw, players are not your enemies here. Regards.

good thing is, it seems like they listen to our feedback, even though the outcome might be worse than one would expect... and instead of adjusting 2,400 mobs per 1 reward card to let's say 1,000, they've cut 8 pages of rewards (seems like the best 8, besides Eva lvl 4). the rewards are terrible in general (Eva 4 is very good for f2p completion though), getting the pass for 1 account only (just to get a specific top a weapon, cause I still have 2 coupons from the previous pass), they will see how much ppl will purchase this one and make some conclusion I hope.

Last event on Blackbird didn't even have 3x 3-star boxes, only 2, the 3rd one is bugged for good. Think it won't fix itself. Funny thing is... my alt has actually won this 3rd bugged box in the previous round, it contained 300 potions, could've given me a better reward for bugging it lol.

Is it for North American players on a North American server or what? - One event period never happened due to the maintenance started at 7am EST, and the event was supposed to kick in at 6am EST. - The event kicks in at 3 different times throughout the day, or should I say night? I.e. 6am EST (3am PST), 9am EST (6am PST), 2pm EST (11am PST). How many NA folks are able to participate during those times? - The event lasts for exactly 1 minute, then it closes, most ppl who managed to participate are not able to use their keys, because it is simply a click click click until 3x 3 star boxes are gone. - The reward is 1 imprint per server per event, and this is just perfect. You guys really could not do any better? Why not set the times during NA prime times when ppl are home? Why not let everybody simply input the amount of keys they want, count them as "tickets" and let's say in 30 minutes select the winners at random and distribute the prizes by mail instead of forcing ppl to use clickers to even try to use their keys? TL;DR; Such a great event for an Asian timezone with imprint prizes, so they can't even sell it. This is cheap, lazy and incompetent.

Complaint was raised, because the New Year Gift is usable only by ~80 players on each server, that affects EVERYBODY, but YOU and those ~80 players on each server. On the serious note, there's a resouce/memory leak on the client (if you keep it running for quite some time you will see that visual effects create micro-freezes when your magic/arrows/weapons connect with the mobs), probably the server part too, so that's why and potentially some DB clean-up for real, because restarting the server would take a couple of minutes, not 2.5 hours. I believe if no feedback/no changes etc, we should bombard their social media and write an open letter to NCSoft Korea, stating how bad is the service and how incompetent are people running it, if they can't simply answer the questions, or being a Sr. Community Managers - even TALK to people. This is how it will work.

Morf, it is very class dependant, for now the best option for many is to create an alt with a rapier it seems So instead of playing their main, people are forced to play low level alts to complete it, most classes have way lower kill speed. I've tested on low level SB - can get 1,200-1,500 kills per hour depending on scroll usage. Yet again it doesn't solve a problem of 16 hours grind a day for 42 days straight to complete it, it is through the roof for basically what should've been an "attendance" thing. I know you can leave it running and be done with it (some might not), but there are wars, there are random pks, there are too many players, network issues, weekly maintenances, too many factors to break that "ideal plan". In other words it should be waaay more relaxed.

Truth is... even with the numbers Morf shown, it will take him 11 hours of non-stop grind every day for 42 days straight without breaks or holidays to finish the pass and this is simply insane amount of grind still. If we blindly accept the numbers - 60k points in 40 hours - that means 1,500 point per hour, that means 16,500 points in 11 hours, he will probably not be able to run scrolls at all times also and the numbers will go down a lot, because it is 72 atk + 72 def scrolls a day. SB has a very fast cast ranged magic skill that one-shots those lizards, SB also has a Rush and in general is a very fast killer. 80+ is a huge boost too due to evolution attack and what not. He simply confirms the problem, nobody says it is impossible in general though. Mosca has got his first A grade armor token already, 85 lvl hero dwarf AoE in Cruma 2F most likely, and that's 120k points give or take. There's no problem in 85+ completing it, they post their numbers for trolling purposes

Morf, a screenshot of your gear and character screen would be helpful to give the full overview, because your remark about C grade armor is misleading (PL set). To let people know what it takes to do 67k points in 57 hours. Even so, don't you find it way too much for a monthly pass kind of event? Tbh if I thought solely about myself - I would not even bring that issue up. But I clearly see how it is 3 times bigger than what an average player would be able to achieve, and such events are not targeted towards "elite" few, they are targeted towards newer players to help them gear up, while providing valuable benefits for existing players as well. And after all, people are paying for the premium pass which they will not be able to finish... and New Year Gift is unattainable for most - this sucks big time.
