Mob count is not working properly for the quest, it's not possible to complete a 100 mobs in 60 minutes with a 1/3.3 chance. Not every mob counted even the same one(basically 300+mobs). Compare the count to Daily Hunting quest.

1 per account, I've got 2 ! There is no 100% from the event on me , I've got the same % as before, it seems mobs give the same exp.

And after server restart I could get a second Newbie Growth Kit (2 Valkas') and a Fall Weekend boost is not there.

Fall weekend bonus exp is not applied.

It seems weekend 100% exp event didn't apply.
