I figured out how to start the quest. There is a symbol on the down-right side of the screen that says "Transfer". This allows you to start the mission of your preference.

Hi there i'm new here. I'm trying to do the elven knight quest but the npc who suppose to bring me the first quest (Sorius Master from Gludio) won't wanna do it. When i talk him and request for a quest it says "You're either not on a quest that involves this NPC, or you don't meet this NPC's minimum quest requeriments." I'm a 21Lv Elven Fighter from the server of Giran (GTM+1) and I don't have any mission in course.
