it is crashing with the corrupt file message every time i leave a instance or port to town. porting to dethroned took 4 crashes. I GIVE UP LOGGING IN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @Wissp @GM_EVA @GM_dufo @Hermes It is not our computers!!! i even ran a scan file and even uninstalled reinstalled the game!!!!!!!!!Still crashes!!!!!!!!

Another example of the new spellcaster unleashed update, the new L grade armor. Not only does the current R110 armor have to be +30... the source of the scrolls to do this do not exist without heavily gambling opening loot boxes. You can farm r armor enchants from venusa boxes and crushing armor parts, this is great we have a source of these items to able to farm with no need of event. However after you enchant the armor to +7 you generally use black cards. Black cards did not flood the market at all, loot box only, no mob drops it. Then you have kain armor scrolls, also does not come out of any mob, only loot box and there was not that many to flood the market either. when you have the craft event to make 6 kain armor scrolls to make shiny armor scrolls that have VERY SMALL chance of success, only a handful of people actually got their armor to +20. I am sure they have spent at least $10000.00 USD to make that happen. Now you want to make it +30............ Will it cost another $10000 just o make it happen on more loot boxes for one person? At the very least there should be a way to make the Kain and up armor scrolls or make them come out of raid bosses to encourage party play. For instance 10 r armor scrolls can craft 1 kain scroll. 6 kain scroll for shiny kain scroll. Even 20 r armor scrolls to craft black cards. There should be some way to be able to obtain the items needed in the game without a gambling pay to win box for a chance to get the item you need. This thoroughly pisses many players off that there is no way to obtain it in game without gambling your life away. These are the quality of life changes we direly need! Please fix!

For instance this current event, no new exalted toon can afford 200 million to buy the support box, never mind the vitality potions from holy water. My 113 tank has been living in Neutral Zone for 1 year already. on the daily she can only make about 20 million a day without ever leaving NZ. Nothing drops here to progress your toon. Even if you get some piece of armor from the aden box, you would have to actually successfully sell it to even buy supplies and generally it does not. If every area actually drops things, artifact crystals, star signs, silente, anything that can actually help improve a new persons gear would make a huge difference. That is what most games call farming! They play for farm for drops and feel that is fun to actually get a drop. Not pay and gamble your entire life savings away. The raid bosses are not dropping necessary things to help this progress along so even many dont even bother doing them anymore because it is not even worth their time. There are no 110 raid bosses so you can continue to expect ketra and varka to be barren of players. Even the reduction in level did not bring more people there! There is no way to progress from NZ without spending at least $3000 to do damage in ketra. That is simply outrageous to any new player and old players all ran away. The freya ice queen instance is beyond hard for many people. The moment you enter the instance, half the people are dead before the screen even comes up. This instance is no fun for many people, i am surprised no one brought it up. There is something definitely wrong with the mechanics. At least let everyone enter and group up! Bottom line - Make useful things drop from mobs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why is this so hard concept to understand?

It has been more than a few times next target action targets mobs thru the walls and now your toon if forever trying to kill the mob thru the wall but you cannot! Then you are stuck on the wall and all your time is wasted if you do not move your toon back to the middle of the room. Only to find an hour later you are stuck on the wall again. The mobs in the next room should not be target able. Please fix. Thanks @GM_EVA

How about making forgotten skills a collection item? It's ridiculous to spend twice on main and dual class for the same skills. Or for forgotten books to be dropped much more frequently everywhere not just crisis boxes. Actually everything needs to have more drops from mobs. The drop rate rune doesn't make drops better! We need items to drop from mobs to progress just the basic stuff.

We have had plenty of empty fake promises. Talk is cheap. Actions speak louder than words. The rates of event boxes are shriveled to 1% for anything of value. Every time you make the boxes .40 USD per click, the rates are nothing but boost pots and medicine. Yes we did notice you scaled down the cost of boxes for $1 USD per click, however you also reduced the rates to smithereens so we all feel extremely ripped off for spending $40 or spending more than $1000 to even try to get 15-20 jewelry tickets to even make a greater level 5 jewel because many have tried and for $250 they get 3 jewelry tickets. These rates are horrendous and a terrible business model to begin with. This community will only believe the "new" NC America when you give use the same rates as other regions like Korea or Japan. Gouging us to death over here and people are leaving this game because of it. Give us an option to trade the gran kain medicines we got thousands of and completely useless in game to freya roses or nevit pots! Then expects this post to get deleted for speaking the truth.

@Hermes There is an issue where people who are in the 120 Fire zone and it states no PVP zone.... however to our surprise someone in Naia is able to pk us in this zone repeatedly! Is this some kind of bug?? You cant do this in deril or fran deril zones that are marked non pvp no matter what time it is! Also Expand the zones! It's so packed! We need more space and mobs!!!!!!!!!!!!

i also had crashed in Dethroned and lost my fires! On top of that i dc right on port in dethroned 3 times in a row! @Hermes please fix ! I also support timed DT like TOI!

@Hermes you removed the unkillable watchman great but now instead of 5 mobs in a group there are only 2 mobs in a group... there no reason to even exp there, there are not enough mobs for a party zone!!!!!!!!!!!!

The watchmen are in with the regular mobs.... you cannot target nor kill them and literally beats up the support forever or whatever target it decides. It doesn't move, it wont die.. absolutely useless mobs to make the party unstable. There is no joy to have these watchmen in SOS, Beast farms but at least they can be avoided and away from your exp spot. What is the purpose to have these watchmen in the spot with you? Take them away! Another zone to never exp in! No wonder it was empty when I was checking it out! Stop making zones unfeasible to level in!

The dethroned new fire zones are small, and the mobs are not spaced or grouped well. It is no different than the deril side but the land size and mobs is not enough to accommodate the majority that need to level in that area. You have asha/nox/anima zones but u only made one zone for 116 fire and it's so small! Same with the 120 zone which appears to be even smaller. There are tons of mobs and space in 124! But of course, you don't get a good spot if you have to plant your divine fire and your opportunity is lost. Which brings another point how do you expect us to keep replanting the fires every 25 min and hope the party does not fall apart? This mechanic is terrible! Especially if you are tank or healer, you can never go! We should be able to do this on the Enhanced stat box! Leveling the source of fire only during when dethroned is open, you should allow the area to be useful 24 hours a day since your only job is to stand around... which is not effective for those who spend money on prestige and destiny packs just to waste in a zone to heal yourself instead of leveling. Please make these changes so the game can be more efficient! thank you.

On march 13 i purchased 1280 nccoin for Blessed Appearance scroll. Today i changed my robes to bloody and my very hard to get elegia robe appearance disappear! My augments, SA enchantment, elemental attributes all intact, but the appearance disappear! It was not mentioned on the patch notes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no reason why the appearance should disappear and i didn't notice till a few hours later that it was gone! Its not alot of money but its the principal! if i knew it was going to disappear i would have waited 3 days because it was not in the patch notes!Please put the appearance back on the armor or refund me 1280 nccoin or refund me the 5 scrolls so i can go reapply it again. ticket #23897996 This also happened to my feoh that had the 18 year Elegant hanbok appearance that you cannot get back ! Nukers need to have the crit rate cap removed, it would balance out the damage output better to compare with a melee dd. During PVE such as beast farms, it takes twice as long on a sole feoh to clear than with a DK/Tyrr/Yul with similar gear. This is highly unbalanced.

port in dc to dethrone is something new and its starting to get really annoying. it isnt your isp its definately L2 problem, please fix faster!

Wow, are you guys pretending this is a new issue and you need a poll? Its literally a slap in the face. Everything in the game should be farmable and not completely dependent on paid events for example star signs, kain enchants, artifact fragments, etc. Paid event items should never have expiration dates. NOTHING drops from regular hunting zone mobs thats valuable loot for instance silenite, god bottles, gem energy , artifact crystals that would help progress your toon. For example if you are farming from 107-113 in Neutral Zone and get aden boxes that gives mostly zodiac fragment, r99 r110 parts. These small items will totally not improve your gear ( no value to sell them to buy gear either) to provide more damage when you reach 114 then you would have not enough gear to go to the next zone unless you went to gamble on paid promotional boxes and hope you get lucky. From this point on you cant even go to the next zone (ketra, varka) unless you are pretty geared. You can forget about dethroned as well as the mobs are even stronger there than before Death Knights that was introduced. Paid event boxes have gotten so bad you can spend hundreds and get nothing of big value to progress your character. Spending $100 to get mostly buff pots and a couple of black tickets, gold tickets is like burning money in a fire pit. There are no raid bosses for the lower level toons to go out to enjoy doing something together that can be taken down by 105 / 110/ 115 exalted toons to get loot to upgraded from exalted. For example a boss that 14 people in exalted gear can take down and get some items to upgrade. This will also have new people have some fun and making new friends. Normally new poepl who come to this game quit by 106 because they dont have any damage to go to beleth. Current raids also lack drops that are needed to improve (how about dropping good gems and charms?) Cost of items just to upgrade and beyond reach as well such as making r110 unsealed for Enchanted, just the cost of R gems and elcyum is more than than what you can earn just by farming 24/7 for 1 year. Elcyum... well you took out fishing events and no way to earn a fancy fishing rod any more how can we generate enough elcyum ? It has taken me 1 year of fishing with 3 toons, just to have enough elcyum to make one weapon limited. You take things away when other region have the eistand store to cover what missing, but when you took it out here we have no eistand store to cover whats missing. You can forget about the 500 elcyum you need to upgrade a dragon weapon,there are not enough people fishing to cover that many elycum! We need fishing events and better poles that dont cost 50 billion! People are fed up, very upset and quitting and still you say you value or feedback when no changes come for nearly a year but to continue to milk your customers and gain nothing from spending. This is a game that we are supposed to have fun... now its only a casino of virtual goods. This leaves a very very bad taste and many will no longer trust any NCSoft games like the upcoming Throne and Liberty because whoever is doing the marketing think we are cows.. hey listen up NCSoft, the cows are running away for better pastures and willing to give their milk to other companies that value the paying customers and not ignore them. All you have to do to make this game better is to have access to all items because like now you cannot even get star signs.. yeah buy event boxes.. to get 1 for $100? yeah no people are not happy. You should give a special box of great value that has guaranteed good prize for example , buyer spend $50 for 100 box and 1 special box. the special box should have a greater agathon charm or a greater jewel. just this alone will help justify spending . I expect my post to be banned for speaking the truth.

I am sorry to hear about this and NCSoft probably wont do anything about it. However since you have already put alot into your character, maybe it would time to say how can you make the items generate and farm adena for you and let the items you have invested work for you. You basically have to be little bit determined to have a different mindset on what you have already invested and take that adena and buy event items instead of actually buying nccoin, a circular economy. For example, farming Pantheon, TOI should generate at least 20-60 bil a month (dependent on your toon) and take that to buy event boxes. Yes it may be slower but rushing should not be part of the mindset. You can always contact me in game for tips. Hope this helps ^^

For example I am a healer i would normally use knights ability points for healing support parties but if i want to go castilla or jamoa, changing to wizards for damage. On top of that you would need to restart the game just for the new ability point setup to work. Many damage dealers solo instance zones to maximize their drop rate so supports will have to do it themselves.

We all have these problems, when we need to change class, we are over weight and cannot do it unless you mail away all your inventory to 95. Then we spend time to put on the gear you need, change your ability points, change out your dual skills, change the homunculus. Often doing this before your party gets impatient of waiting can take up to 10-15 minutes and often you will forget something! Also you have to do all of this before going to dethroned or you will have to come back down. Sometimes changing dual skills certificates you have to keep changing main and dual to make it happen. This is very wasteful of time and energy. Things that are bound to you should not take up inventory slots. They should have a separate tab as when you have several version of the same posts eating away at our precious space. There should be a button to simply press and change to PVE set up, then another button to change PVP setup. at least 4 presets for both main and dual class. I am sure many other players are frustrated at our current manual system. Please give us quality of life changes! Thank you!

Since forgotten spellbooks are hard to acquire by farming Jamoa boxes, paying for it , or get lucky at a event it is redundant to have to get books for both Main and Subclass. There should only be a need to do it once for the whole account. Please make it a collection item. Thanks
