Really, a compensation like no other before should be awarded, its beyond comprehension that the game is so full of bugs. We used 100's of 500 potions to kill Antharas for what? to learn its bugged? terrible service.

Are you planning to reset the number of Growth Runes we can purchase?, there's a number of collections that need it and having them limited to 5 makes no sense.

The "service" we get in Aden should make a study case on how to neglect your customer to the point of abuse. There is absolutely no reason why we don't have item restoration where every other L2 service has it. Its just a money grab, you loose your item you will need to purchase it again.

The kill a pk should have a loot, should drop a random items from pk's inventory like old days so the strong players would move to hunt and pvp against a player who are for hours killing random ppl on a farming map.

The Pk system is broken yes but that's NC's fault, think about this: 1) Why when u die you loose xp and if u dont want that loss u have to pay NC a fee?; 2) Why when u drop an item you have to pay NC a fee to get it back?. The answer to both is the same because NC wants to squeeze our wallets as much as possible charging us for every thing they can. So u think that people would play a game where u need to spend thousands of dollars to get an item (let's say a level 3 baium talisman) so when u die someone else grabs it and keeps it?.... how many would play that game?... ofc none.
But they could fix the Pk system like for example if u Pk and die u loose xp and cant get it back, you need to grind it over again, and the xp lost increases pending the level gap between chars... that would do part of the work.

I was there at the beggining of the server, i forget nothing, the racist elements are not playing anymore. TWO has the same name across multiple games, not only L2. "latins in TWO are our slaves, they farm adena for us" has never been true... but this is coming from you who pm'ed me asking if I had a personal grief with you after calling all in two "trash" "scammers" and many other things, to then telling me "my purpose in game is to make people hate two"... I mean, can't expect much if you are coming from that angle. The fact is "the other side" opposing two was strong, but lacked leadership, common sense and loyalty... people in that other side screwed us with the DKP and the raids and you expected to us to remain there? come on.... just let me remind you where Wally and Retri come from, the are originally OT, and OT was originally 300... until we got screwed... had your leadership not done that, where would the whales be located today?.

First, I have never "just run around map and kill all chars" so don't talk garbage;
Second, I am not God, never said or acted as if I was but I can certainly pk u if I want to;
Third, PK is not a crime, its a game mechanics... actually the PK system will be improved in the Vanguard update, no penalty just a Pk Dungeon to clean ur sins, so being game mechanics it wont be punished. This is a PvP game, Pk is part of life, deal with it;
Fourth, I am usually helpful to true noobies, but in all honesty if they don't know this is an open pvp game and expect otherwise then its their fault;
I have player L2 since prelude, perhaps it was in C3 when I started hearing "oh the game is dead", so many years after that L2 is still here... as long as L2 is popular in Korea, translating dialogue is not too much work, operating costs are minimal (not even proper CS), and the revenue is pure gravy, L2 will remain for a while still...

1. Pk is the only one to clear some areas if u need something there, example Sel Mahum, Silent Valley and Lizardman's plains are bot infested. I know of a person who had 100 (yes 100) bots running at once in those 3 areas, this is absurd, abusive and detrimental to the game, but our only option is to Pk;
2. Some of the clans you are refering to, went out of their way to alienate everyone else by cheating, scamming, abusing, Pking, etc... this is the consequence.
3. Some of you are also extremely abusing in world chat, there not one day that I don't see references to an specific player relatives who passed away, you simply have zero respecto and this is retaliation, simple as that
4. If you think TWO references racism you have no clue, TWO is multinational composed of players from all over, Latins in Two are abundant including myself being a Mexican born, raised, educated and living in Mexico all my life. The alliance name was a result of a flame wars ongoing back in the day.
5. Both sides have used 3rd party software since day one, NC lost the battle on that and tolerates it, I personally hate it but it is what it is

Ok, so according to the patch notes this is the points table (agreed this is an example)

Now I have 11 wins 4 losses until now, and yet I only have 198 points. On individual matches I got 42 on a single one, but that's not the point, lets assume that I have the worst luck in the world and that I fell into the mathematical impossibility that all my wins got the lowest points, I should have at least 297 points (considering my 4 looses all got 0 points). Since this is not the case, cause I saw my individual results and all were above 30+ points how does this happen?, I have asked the support team but they clearly don't understand, I have asked to check the logs but I keep getting the same boxed response about the game mechanics.... kindly take a look at it, ticket is #23838539

NC will continue to push these events where they give us crap rewards, to continue to play a 18 year old game with broken mechanics and dying population, they will continue to reach into our wallets because they don't care about the customers experience, they only care about the bottom line.
We live in a constant situation of double or even triple jeopardy where you pay for items that randomly generate other items, that latter on you need to enchant with a random risk of loosing the item, the game is designed so you loose your items and have to spend again to recuperate them, this is why there is no enchant recovery service in this version of L2, they put you in triple jeopardy to intensify the money grabbing opportunities.
Long live L2.

About the milky way event, I don't understand why NC continues to show their "meager rewards" mentality by giving us 10 limited time cookies as part of the special craft rewards, this number of cookies that can be used in a couple hours do they unbalance the server or cause a huge gap between players? ofc not, then why making them limited time? I just don't get it, this need they have not to "reward" too much and being punitive about it, like if giving us imprints and limited time items would cause what? world starvation? a pandemic? North Korea to impose Kim Jong's hairstyle on South Korea? I just don't get it.

After multiple sales events where NC pushed us dragon belts (at least 3) they launch a new "event" where for 5k Lcoin, you get a chance to win a ticket at random which you will be able to exchange for a belt or a talisman speed, eva or aden:
- Its a clear money grab, 1k L coin is 250 N coin x 5 - 1,250 N coin, so each ticket cost you Usd 15.625

To us it seems a fairly obvious thing, not so obvious to a new player. OE or crush the only 2 methods, C crystals are not valuable enough to spend time putting a shop up for them.

Because no one is going to answer until the end of the event. There is a possibility that it will not be deleted for various reasons. One of them is that ncsoft usually puts time left as a countdown time. It is also written a bit rough, which means it may have been forgotten by another patch.
The red arc was part of the free reward, and in the end it did not disappear so all the crying was for naught. Also the red arcs once used gave me about 25% xp or less, something I can get in a week time, not worth crying about it.

Dude, the arcs are not paid, everyone can get them.... no Lcoin needed, you are thinking of the paid rewards and the top paid reward is a +3 dragon belt....

There has been 1 drop in Blackbird that I know of, bottom line the chance of rewards is so low it makes no sense to participate in this at all

First of all, this is part of the "free gift pack", so anyone that completes the pass gets it, so this whole "u don't want my money" argument is null, nobody needs to spend any money to get this. Second, the pass requirements are simple idiotic, the 672k mobs is too steep. I would have purchased at least 10 passes for my diff accounts, I ended up just buying 2 and maybe a 3rd, cause those are my main account (i.e. the only ones i'm sure to finish the pass in), this is the real "you don't want my money" argument.
The purchased pass are too crappy also, the pass has 28 pages with 10 sections each, the only worthy rewards are the 2 A Weapon Tickets, 3 A Weapon Armor. The rest is to little in quantity or useless to most, I mean top reward is a +3 dragon belt... come on.
I am guessing this pass thing will be permanent, I mean there will be multiple passes per year which I think is a good idea but MAKE THEM WORTH THE EFFORT OR MAKE THEM EASIER TO COMPLETE.
The whole red arc issue, the only thing is going to cause is a further spread between low levels and 85+ players AND NOBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANT THAT, I want a server that rewards the most players as possible in order to retain said players, I don't want a server where people quit in frustration and dies in the short run.

I have a question please @Juji @Hime If i decide not to buy the VIP right away, and do it let's say tomorrow, but on the meantime I unlocked 3-4 reward levels today, will those retroactively unlock for the premium reward once i purchase the premium pass or not?. This makes a whole world of difference on how we approach buying or not the premium pass.
