some1 opened one circlet augment after 6k augment boxes thats the rate. Dont expect much more from this admin team its almost 1 year since @Hermes got the leading role and i only see worse and worse action on this game from 24/7 doing a mistake on maintances or the promo events we have even the free events everything is worse and worse and im still amazed none asked about the lag and tearing we get into DT and TOI after maintance the FPS in the is bad and client lags-freezes or even black screen for a couple of seconds.

dont forget they looking for a community manager that they will pay 75-90k $ per year but they cant put basic events on.

you have no clue for this game it seems dethrone before update with prestige was 300-400 tomes per 2h of farm there now its barerly 12-15 tomes per 2h of farm.

last month we had a ninja removing of battlepass ticket like 12h earlier than it should,this time event finish 12hours earlier wtf is happening thats unacceptable from your side.

@gigiosuperstar @aelian i can tell you about my crafts for ruby the past 1 year i have spend over 150k ether only on ruby, i managed to make the 1st time a ruby lvl 4 after 150 lvl 1 ruby crafts like past october,after that i failed 7 times to compound one for lvl 5, each time at least 100 lvl 1 ruby crafts, worst one was at the start of august i had 100 ruby lvl 1 crafted 70 of em failed ,from the 30 lvl 1 i got i had 12 in a row failed, and i only manage to make 1 lvl 3 jewel. If you aim for ruby or sapphire,opal, then chances aint with you. and it needs a lot of mats to do that,maybe its cheaper if you have ether and invest 30-40b in black mithril etc that getting a greater jewel. 60% is server sided its 2/3 to make one ,one this craft event we get a 5% rate for grune etc that 5% on 100 crafts is like 0.2% to get something, if you want to hit 2% you need to do x5-x6 more crafts,and we talk about the highroll of your time on a big craft or a compound.

you know that 5% on a craft is potentialy ~0.2% max chance to craft?

As i mention on discord probably the extra crafts with dragon coins gonna be server sided so 10 crafts for grune stone etc on each time are like this we need to get a clarification about it. for all the server,maybe im mistaken. Nerfed rates as always 5% on 10 crafts is 0.2% to make something if you finaly hit 3 scatters join a bonus on l2 september bonanza and then it decides to pay you,personaly im free2play invest in a few events in the past i found good ways to improve my char,this time i have x10 battle pass done and ill upgrade 0 of em i dont have +15 cloak to use the augments and the profit of em doesnt worth to waste all this coins there. Back 2 back troll event from ncsoft with way too high prices vs what is happening around the world today.We are 3 or 4 months since @Hermes take over and events getting worse and worse,this time double casino with the bonus coins to gamble on 5% rates, i crafted 200 ruby lvl 1 in 2 trys to make myself a lvl 5 ruby somehow,160 fails on 200 crafts for lvl1 ruby,160 fails in a 60% craft rate and then and after 10 in row failed to be lvl 2 with 50% rates i know boost works after lvl 3 but really?From those 20 left i made a lvl 3 ruby and i cant compound for 8th try my lvl 4 to make it lvl 5,cause im not gonna pay 80e/$ to get in 2022 a lvl 5 ruby. Hermes we had some faith in you for the events to improve,maybe copy other servers soon enough to give us x2 angel ring,earring and fallen jewels boxes,when we open them on chest,than improving the box drop rates and enchant,craft rates for items we all need to do,but maybe you only care for what higher up ask you for.The Possitive and profit Balance Sheets every years Q.

Battle pass should reward a player that finish it with items not consumables, 4 dragon shirt and 1-2 kaliel,artifact augments its a laugh, as its a laugh to give 10 and 150 min vitality maintain time,ill not even talk about the time limited consumables that we stuck with the current time limited jeni event pots. In general all rates are way worst than they should,we cant compound a lvl 1 jewel to lvl 2 without 5-6 fails in a row at least or even craft them with 60% rate and fail to craft one for 3-4 times in a row.We are talking for QoL updates to keep the servers alive over 1 year now and we see almost to 0 effort to impliment what we suggest. Seriously ,personally im a free2play and i only droped some money on 1-2 events i thou i could get some good boost on my char, battle pass is a joke this time, why i would even drop money to get vitality maintain pots at this current situation, some guys farm 50-100kk/day neither have 10T of gear to farm pi,ios,toi x7 each week and make 100-150b, we need to farm 5 months to get 1 item that will give 1-2% max boost on our chars thats the situation for at least 90% of the server as i see it on naia, we got 0 proper reward,believe it or not a lvl 5 or greater lvl 1 jewel as premium reward on a battle pass or a fancy rod would help a lot of ppl on both servers. On all events there will be a whale or an abuser to find a way to abuse it like 18th aniversary raids that they was landing half kills or 1 person farming all weapons, same now 5-10 ppl on each server can farm tons of money ,they farmed a few top rewards and stop droping money for time limited consumables. We lack of proper events and of gear/promotions that we havent seen in so long and prices when we get a promo or a nightmarket ar always out of reality,that make people not even want to drop 1$ more on this clownfiesta.

when you make a free event like this one,you should never put a ticket for 30kk,some guys farm 100-150b/week, you think its hard for em to drop 50b for tickets and get all the items? top or not, they will profit, exeq and a few others have the adena and the extra chars to do this ,as they did with all free events,lets not forget the anniversary raid event with +18 weapons and list can keep going . i saw graf for example win 3/4 last events +9 fallen lvl 9 sayha and top vital. i think its 100% "random" as it should be. MAKE FREE EVENTS,REMOVE TICKET REWARD FROM COMPOUND AND DONT PUT A PRICE ON A TICKET TO BE MORE "FAIR " @Hermes just a friendly advice. If we play with 100 tickets that we farmed and some1 can come and buy 5k of tickets ,there is 0% we can win something good that will help us close the gap.

when you put rng in the game you should learn how to do an rng even,we have +18 weapons from 18th aniversary farmed from 1-2 guys,the same is happening here again,where there is a pool of 10k items its not that much of an rng when all top items leave the pool the same time and goes into 1 guy with deep pockets that can wait and abuse an even when only a few items left,rng means you can get it from 1 click to last with random order,at least in naia we saw the same event twice spamming and then all of a suden a guy or 2 gets all the drops ,it should be spread around.We get jewel events for top 1% ,top 1% gets and the free2play event ,maybe some1 need to learn how to code.

Yeah got the same problem with coin purchase ,got my payment email from the payment provider i used but not the coins or email that confirms the purchase from ncsoft. @Hermes do your best we have hope in you.
