  1. So they ban real players and dont care about all this elfs/d elf/human with summons whos farm all places arround its more than probably 200-400 bots in this zones its a joke.
  2. Its a joke? how we can wrote bots name if its more then 400??? ITS IN ALL ZONES , what tickets we need write? Its looks like ncsoft keeps all community so stupid , we dont understand nothing...
  3. Its not only EG all zones 20-35lvl looks like this ,everywhere mostly elf with same items farming, almost no places there farm for newbies. How its even possible?? its ncsoft not like illegal server where 1-2 month wiped... Yuo can try walk around 20-35 zones and probably you can calculate 200-400 elfs with same items , wtf is this?? For example in orc village bots running and jumping in water to get fall damage and die in water , so probably can delvl , its a joke how ncsoft dont care about servers. How you think how much time its takes to completely destroy all servers...

Almost 1 week blocked for my friends, for random billing issue caused by YOUR service, ticket sent at the first minute of the suspension of their account, first answer just 2 days ago from the support who ask random information like they couldnt check earlier or by theirself. And now again waiting. So because you didnt fix your security program or idk how its working, people are blocked on a rush opening server, and the support need like 1 week to check and answer, and still no solution found because they need 1 week more to really investigating on wtf is going on ? You are spamming this forum saying the support is independant and their will is out of your capacity, but they remain, i guess, from NCSoft company. Can you stop shitting on your community and really try to do something ? I see many people crying for rate/drop before/after change, for the queue while they just need to pay 5e to play, while my 2 friends spent both 150e for play 2 days, and now being locked for almost 1 week, and of course since they are even banned forum and IP, they cant say anything, anywhere, but waiting the answer from a random guy working for "support" who decide he isnt lazy enough to work today. Thx to push them a bit, 1 week to send 2 mails isnt normal in any company/country in this bleeping world. @Hime @Juji ticket 22102193 and ticket 22076462

My friends didnt use any 3rd party programs, they sent a mail to the support 4 days ago, still no answer from them, they cant log on the forum at all because of this ban, when they tried to make new account, they are insta banned from the forum, like they were IP tracked or something, so what is the point of this post ? pretending u are doing something while u dont ? Do something seriously instead of post some useless things like this. And for the guys who think this isnt a priority, like 1000 players are actually ban for no reason at all because they wanted to try their new protection and its pathetic fail, but instead of admit it they prefer perma everyone, easier to explain Request number 22102193

  14. Hi, 3 Days ago, 2 of my friends get disconnect and after they get ban. They already send to support a ticket. 3 days without any answer, can u please just reply?
