regardless on how they choose to fix the issue fact remains that if no fix is forth coming majority of ppl impacted by it will just trade in NCWest lagfest for the cheaper / better service and zero lag EU/RU servers - I already made 2 chars there myself cause I'm done waiting, if you have a decent PC u can run NCWest clients next to theirs without any issue.
the choices are simple: either NCWest returns the game to playable for all or they will loose players like me permanently, ultimately we decide ourselves where we spend our money.
let's be honest here we've waited over 300 days for a fix, enough is enough.

I've literally said it 1000 times.. they don't care about us. They say "Oh hey lets charge these prices 25-50% more than last time if they pay it will be new trend" and we need the items so we pay it and it just goes up and up and up. While other regions don't have to pay for the items they are still in game to get we are the only region that has to pay. We are the ONLY region going on 300+ days with lag while other regions are less than 60 days with lag according to @Juji but they haven't fixed it for us and give us no compensation for it while lag continues to happen. Mixa point on jewl boxes was "Korea has the cost of elcyum now" ya but how long did they NOT have the cost where you didn't spend real life money on them while we had to wait for paid event and couldn't buy them in game like korea 1- 2 yrs!!!! There is a person in game that keeps shouting "Thnx for buying more NCoin" as long as we pay the insane prices they want they don't care. But no one will stop buying ncoin long enough to "strike" and show them we won't be taken advantage anymore.
I've played this game on/off since closed beta, while on active duty military. Now I'm living off 80% service connection which is $1,657 a month and don't have a job due to medical issues. I can't afford to put money into the game, I expect a F2P game they advertise and have in Korea. I do what I can in game but very limited because NCWest takes every money maker away so you have to spend Real Life Money on. So I don't have much fun anymore, i endlessly macro to level I rerolled from my Evis that I loved playing because with melee lag I spent more time dead than alive. So.. NC Soft is killing my fun in this game because they make NCWest P2W and take all F2P aspects out of the game.

This issue has been going on since Aug 2019, look on the forum and see 1 million threads around and you just make 1 million and 1 threads..

How long did the other regions have them WITHOUT Elcyum and we haven't had that option or even WITH Elcyum. That is the point other regions get all this stuff we don't without spending money. Then when they do offer for spending money its insane prices, when every other region gets them for in game cost and not real life money. They had the ability to buy from mammon without Elcyum cost for what 1+ year?

Instead of making a YouTube video where you move your mouse over all your macro's why not actually post your macro's here and explain what they do. Your making a tutorial for people that don't know how to macro but you expect them to know what your macro does? Why not explain how to make a macro and what its function is instead of mousing over a bunch of macro's that won't make sense for the people your making them for? You did good at making a video.. but you did nothing to explain it and then get upset you didn't get high praise? You did 1/4 the work finish it and then expect praise in return.

As for legit mana regen issue has nothing to do with levels or parties etc it is a bug they know about only way to get rid of it is relog the toons having issues with it.

Have you learned nothing for being server hated for 10+ years back on Devianne? You come in here being back to the game for what less than a month and you already telling other people how it is. There ACTUALLY is a mana issue if you are more than 3 levels higher/lower and it is fixed by breaking the party and reforming. It is a known issue for MONTHS just like the melee lag since Aug 2019. Dude I thought you would have grown up a little bit and stopped being so know it all, but I guess you haven't changed much. Talked to LadyKit other day seen some old timers like me and phairness and hoped you would have changed. But I guess not.. Good luck knowing everything/nothing at all..

Said I wasn't going to, but I did spent $200 and got Authority Ring which was worth 40b+ on Chronos but by about 4pm CST it was worth 22b. People drop prices so fast to sell things fast and all they do is short themselves and everyone else. I got maybe 20b worth for the ring and that's it. Gem Energy people trying to buy for 200m, prices dropping faster than anything I've seen before its crazy.

It's been stated over and over why dropping while red was removed. It won't come back.
THEY stated their macro system is broke, and instead of fixing it they made that change. Doesn't make it right the game for more than 1/2 of its existence was drop while red it was a gamble if you would lose something for pking someone. It made being red a risk/thrill for some, since they couldn't' figure out how to fix macroing without risking people going red they did the easy out and make PKing someone have no risk why everyone just pks everyone for no reason and bullies people day in day out making a toxic game for people to play.

When have you EVER known @Hime or @Juji to EVER give us important answers, fix issues, or do customer service like it should be? Don't hold your breathe they haven't fixed melee lag in 11 months, broken events 100% of the time. They Extend events because they are broke and even while events are extended they are STILL broke. So again don't hold your breathe cause NC Korea doesn't care and NC West sure as bleep doesn't care.

in past 48 hours I've opened 200+ boxes and gotten 90% Coin 9% adena and 1 Eternal Leather Glove. Before server reset I was getting Nevit pots, Emporer Cocktails, Freya Roses, Honey Beer, Dragon Pots.. I was getting so many different things. But they "EXTENDED" the event because it wasn't dropping in certain areas the whole event.. Now with it extended its not dropping all items its suppose to.. So no matter what we are SCREWED and not getting anything that we are supposed to on top of the joke of all events every event compared to all other regions... NA Server the joke of the world...

It's always great to know we aren't equal to any other region's events. We get shafted over and over and over, Korea, EU, RU all have TONS of Greater Jewls, Level 5 Jewls, Dragon Weapons, and so much more. We have such a limit quantity because we don't get 1/10 of the events they get. Thank you literally NC Soft for bleepING us everytime, EVERY bleepING DAY, of EVERY bleepING MINUTE. 10+ years of playing this game to be bleeped over constantly and all they can do is laugh at us for hoping one day they will see they treat us like shit compared to other regions. USA the land companies bleep over their customers daily and laugh. Good Job!

SOO the boxes are pretty worthless because it gives coins that are useless, but since yesterday maintenance I've opened over 200 of them and gotten no buff pots just straight 160,000 or 240,000 adena or coins. SOOO not only are they/have they not been dropping in right places the WHOLE time now it seems the loot table isn't even working right because out of 200+ boxes I should have gotten something besides coins/adena. @Hime @Juji and you wonder why your customers are so upset? You 1/2 way fix one issue, and another part of the game is affected. YAY go NCSoft

there is one guy but cant say his name due to "Forum Policy" that has 748 rune stones he links daily and just "LOL 750kk per I want to make you suffer" He's already admitted he's the one that has the 100 Summoners farming Adena Kartia instance and he put the high price cause no one can afford and he wants to make people suffer. Hey w/e he's cheating how he gets them botting. He knows NCSoft will do nothing.. So what can you do but keep playing without skills?

People have been complaining about this for 1+ year now there are only 2 spots per level range to go to.
85-95 1 spot Alter of Evil
95-99 Bloody Swamp
99-100 Blazing Swamp/Wartorn Plains (Has been 1 spot for 1+ year until last update)
100-103 2 Spots Beleth Circle / Desert Quarry
103 - 105 2 Spots Phantasmil Ridge / Enchanted Valley
105-107 2 Spots Silent Valley / IT Crater *SV Only has like 15 spots / IT Crater has so many there running/jumping around hard to even kill*
Thats just to get to 107 back in the day there used to be like 3-5 spots per level all over the map, you used to be able to explore and see all of the map leveling up. This really is a joke how BIG the map is and over 3/4 of the map is UNUSED when it back in the day all of it was used!!!

Your seriously going to blame the global pandemic for this? Melee last for 10 months almost now that you have failed to fix at every corner? You do not BAN BOTS daily there is 100+ bots in aden at Kartia Manager at one time that cause massive lag but yet does 1 single GM login to see and ban? NOPE. Please there are so many obvious ways to fix the queue that your CUSTOMERS give you daily but you fail to do so? I finally rerolled from my evis after having dealt with melee lag making it impossible to level in spots my level range even though I have the gear for it, always having to level in a area lower than I should slowing down my exp process. after 10 months you've shown us that you honest just don't care. Now I'm Yul which is meh, but missed all the server boost settings trying to play the class that I want to play. Now if I get disconnected I have to wait 40+ minutes to start exping but wait.. again I have to go to lower area because all my level is full because you have exactly 2 spots each level range to hunt at. Maybe give us more spots and fix the disconnects.

Thats BS I can give you 100 screenshots of in a day something right next to my Yul and guess what it doesn't pickup it. But if I hit the pickup key it does WITHOUT MOVING. Pickup Feature is turned on. I'll even toggle it off, then back on and it still won't pickup something right next to it. Please don't give me "Its working if its nearby" because its NOT working. There is no reason adena goes to inventory and drops can't they took 90% of the drops away now only thing that drops is what 5 crafting materials and thats it? Telling me you can't turn on 100% auto straight to inventory illegal servers have had it for 10+ years.

I want to say Gratz to NCSoft.. During a hard time WORLD WIDE with COVID-19 and people being laid off, losing their jobs, on unemployment they decide to get the 7-Day Vit Maintainer you must spend $5 per account to buy it for 1 Ncoin. Because its not like ALL Accounts have NCoin at all time, and the least amount you can buy to get 1 NCoin is $5! So we are suppose to use no more than 3 accounts per PC right? So NC Soft says HAHAH SUCKERS $15 per person playing cause most have 3 accounts and some have more. GREAT MONEY GENERATOR for NCSoft while you screw your customer into spending more money or they don't get it.. Awesome Great.. Oh wait they fixed that Melee Lag we've had for last almost 10 months right? Oh they didn't? Well then.. ok..

it goes to much to upgrade plus the crystals needed to upgrade I don't think between chronos and naia there are enough between them both. Its not really a option it will cost you 10x more than to just make r110 armor

There is no quest.. Energy of Destruction is the old Ether. You can only get it from Packs which you can buy from other players that get from events like the current Nightwish boxes can give you 100 packs of Energy of Destruction so shout WTB EOD and pay the price.
