  1. After a group member has waited 36 hours on a support ticket for "Something went wrong on our, please try again later" bug trying to log into website. Support responds with... "I am sorry, but we will not be able to assist you with accessing an account at this time." :face_palm: glad to know this is what i can expect back on my tickets.... the error literally says the issue is on your end NCSoft, if it is in fact actually on my end fix your damn error message.

I can play the game just fine on my accounts but cant log into a single one of them on the website. And then support tells me to bleep off. anyone have an idea because i have got nothing.

RIP this is the response i receieved and a friend of mine. then my other friend got a message like you and they fixed his account.
  5. all opetions i could look into on my side dont help, including different computers phone clearing cache cookies new browsers everything. my friend also had the same issue his ticket was answered and they clear the block ON THEIR END and he can log into the website with his account now.

    accounts are not locked i can play the game on them, what i cant do is login to the website. "Something went wrong on our end, please try again later"... well then maybe you should fix it on your end then!

    on call to respond to all my tickets about not being able to log into the website with "WE are not going to help you right now" How the heck your support team going to go around and just copy and paste this type of a response to us. Its not just me my friends having the same login issues on the website getting the same response. Its funny its just this one support guy though "Czian" my other friend had someone else respond to his ticket and they actually helped him and he is now able to login. several days of waiting just to be told to fk off by your support team,, when all i want to do is give you money to buy ncoins to be able to buy soul shots because next shocker the adena rates are not true classic 1.5 rates. im starting to wonder why im trying so hard to give you money.

  10. finally revieced a response to my ticket.... "I am sorry, but we will not be able to assist you with accessing an account at this time." the best part about this is my friends ticket for same issue support team fixed it on their end for him. BUt me and 1 more friend told by copy paste ninja support team member Czian that we dont have time for your issue.... i submitted a new ticket maybe this time i will get someone from support who actually wants to do their job.... not holding my breathe.
  11. starting to wonder if they saying they wont fix website login issues right now but will later? idk the response didnt read very well. My first reaction is they just saying F U. Most annoying thing is my friend with same issue got a different gm and they fixed his account now he can login into the website again.

  13. i got a response but was told that they wont help me, when my friend same issue got help this gm support guy named Czian is just copy and posting a bs response that says he wont help to pad his completion numbers.

"I am sorry, but we will not be able to assist you with accessing an account at this time." the support persons name is "Czian" this guy seems to be just padding his closed ticket count because this is what he is copy and pasting into all of his ticket responses for the "something went wrong on our end issue" My friend go this copy paste response then i received this copy paste response i dont know what to say @Hime you tell me to submit a ticket i do them your support team blows me off. here is the best part another friend same issue support replied back and fixed his issue ON YOUR END and now he can log in his account...

  20. so any update on this, been 48 hours ago still no response and still locked out of all my accounts on the website.... my friend as submit ticket about not being able to log into website that is getting "something went wrong on our end, please try again later." and support replied "I am sorry, but we will not be able to assist you with accessing an account at this time." basically saying no time to help him. That is not an acceptable response to someone trying to give your company money via ncoins.
