It is so hard to make an event to help regular players? come on, do you have the entire server mad at this event, could you do something about it?

I wanted to start to play L2, and I forgot my Pin code, so I accidentally blocked my account for 8 hours, I login in the game and it says "visit NCsoft to unlock this account instantly after verifying ownership" so I want to know how can I do that? I don't want to wait 8 hours to start to play.
