Hi, I have same problem. Few weeks back it ran just fine, haven't installed any programs meanwhile. I uninstalled game and launcher several times and it did not help. Video card drivers and windows 10 have latest update. Also installed Blade and Soul for testing and it works fine (so I guess all needed ports are opend). No antivirus installed. Windows System File Checker did not find any errors, DirectX Diagnostic Tool found no errors. Cheers
