No, You are now Death Knight(a specialized, restricted Class)... a specialized Human model, if you change to a non-restricted Class you will change to a Human Male Fighter model with Face type: A , Hairstyle: A, Hair Color: A. (your Appearance on Dual Class)
Only if you change to a restricted class will you change Race and even gender automatically. Restricted Classes include:
TYRR Maestro... you will become a Dwarf(same gender)
ISS Dominator... you will become an Orc Mystic(same gender)
Eviscerator... you will become Ertheia(forced to female)
Sayha Seer... you will become Ertheia(forced to female)
Shinemaker... you will become Dwarf(forced to female)with Shinemaker exclusive Appearance.
and of course...
Death Knight... you will become Human(forced to male)with Death Knight exclusive Appearance.

The Clan Notification interface is below the Clan Member List... You may need to level your clan some more before you can access it(the wide blank window with a cog shaped button for the Clan Leader)

The Accounts of NCmerica, are being merged with NCKorea Accounts(L2M) for Authorization(log in server) the Game Servers(Amazon Web Services) are already being maintained by Korea... they do not suddenly want every server running NCSoft Games in their HQ. Don't feed the Trolls.

We can't see that image because, you haven't shared your Hard Drive with the entire Internet... you need to upload to a hosting site like imgur.com/imgbb.com and then post the link generated for you, but yes the description has both: fail will increse 1-2 and fail will decrease 1.

Try Opening the Quest window... use the Alt + U shortcut, or right click on the progress notice. The Quest will be the only one not Greyed out, then you can click on the Chat button next to the Quest list and the NEW style quest chat will open and you can continue. Can't use the old chat click on NPC and pick Quests anymore since only the NEW style quest chat will advance the quests.

If you delete a character, you can re-use the name on a different account. If you ask Support to delete or re-name a character, that name will be Black-listed so nobody could use the name again on the same Server.

We definitly need to go to a Newer Game Engine... every new Skill effect taxes the Unreal platform we are using(the generic C grade apearance of other players when many players are in the same location would not be necessary with a newer Game Engine)

If you mean the Challenger Weapon Coupon, you got from the Blessed Exalted Armor bundles... that item is paid for so you should contact support(the Free version of the bundle during Red Libra did not have the Weapon Coupon).

The Challenger Weapon could be upgraded with another green Ticket... but even the upgraded Challenger Weapon is pointless(it's better than Apocalypse +0)... the Basic Exalted Weapon is better.

When you start the Launcher you need to select North America region, then log-in and you will have Lineage 2, B&S and Aion options on the top left.

The short answer... it's probably more trouble than you would be comfortable with. You would have to use BootCamp 6 to Dual Boot MacOS up to 12.x(Monterey) and Windows 10 (x86/x64) You can't just Virtualize Windows, Lineage is not supposed to work in Virtualized Windows(could trigger a Ban or verify any account that tried)

That depends on the grade of Armor... Eternal R99 or Leviathan R110(and the new L-grade) you can only change during Red Libra Events(you just missed one) Exalted Armor from the Exalted Questline can be changed at Lionel in Heine for just 100kk ... but Blessed Exalted does not seem to have any exchange option, neither does Seraph R95 Twilight/Immortal R or any Armor with Paulina's in the name.

Fix the Shine Maker Class Cloak?? Everyone else had their Class Cloak deleted ages ago... Introduce a New Class which gets deleted content(Class Cloaks) which no one else can. Did the Death Knight even have a Class Cloak when that class was introduced? well it didn't last very long if they did!!

Open the Skills window... use the Golem Transformation's Skills and Actions, after Transforming(all skills/many actions from non-transformed state will be greyed out on the skill bar when you are transformed).

When they changed Red Libra in the Spring... it introduced the auto race change to allow people to change to restricted classes. With any race change since the service was first introduced in L2 Galleria, on the New Race your Face type, Hair Color and Style are supposed to reset to type A/A/A. However I also got reset to A/A/A during the last 2 Red Libras, on a mentee who chose a new class which did not cause their race to change.

- Virtual Items cannot be enhanced by any other means other than using Virtual Points within the Virtual Equipment System.
This does not mean 0 element... it prolly has only a fixed amount like Paulina's or Exalted/Blessed, just closer to R110 Attribute levels. (not that I'm rushing to participate)

This is not the Classic Forums... Live Players can't really help you here, NCstaff prolly won't respond here especially since Live servers no longer has any Transformation system(only single use potions/scrolls for 10-60min) and they are currently focused on Discord.

Does the new Purple Launcher feature Discord in some way... some mention of a Lobby, IDK. If this Launcher/Account migration somehow tries and force me to join Discord, I will blow up all my gear... before deleting all my characters.
