Lol sorry Argus I'm getting too old and my memory sometimes betrays me.
Well yeah it's the same for everything rng related cloacks, circlets, shirts, even jewels
I remember once when innova had manteinance on tuersday and ncwest on wednesday i tried to enchant circlets on here and on there
on here the event was just started and i got to radiant +1 easily then failed miserably
on there the event was already started since 2 weeks and i've never reached noble +1

He tried to oe that knife from the exalted quests for a month spending billions and billions
and billions. That knife never went to +5
He didn't realize that there were an enchant event related going on
I don't remember who suggested to Argus to wait till the end of the event
The event ended and the server re-started after the manteinance
Argus was able to enchant the knife to +7 in a matter of minutesFor sure there's something hard-coded
My guess is that ncwest doesn't even know what we are talking about.
They are running a business and not running a players' base

in 3 hours - price 10k usd - the only thing i had to do was to punch in credit card numbers for 3 hours
it required to me 3 hours only because after the 1st grand the wallet is blocked untill someone from the support unblocks it
i could have done the same in less than 1 hour
That was august 2017 - i moved to chronos cuz naia at that time after the rs departure was dead [before the heine event there was the last ele shirt event

Hello Diabel. Untill some one of the staff will answer to you, if they will do but if i would be you i won't count at all on this one, truth is that in every
official l2 server you can buy elemental shirts and the scrolls to enchant them, from the normal ones to the blessed ones, every day.
The only exception it's ncwest. And it's done on purpose. To me is to be nuts but they call marketing
eg. the more they (ncwest players) will need an item the more we (ncwest) can ask from them when we will decide to put it in the l2 store.
That beeing said ncwest wants to milk its cows or
they put in the events only items that all of the players who are left need
and the elemental shirts aren't on the top of this list for sure.
Btw since once a miracle happened in here log in on chronos
pm jankaira aka aizen
and ask him how the heck he managed to obtain a +7 elemental shirt 2 years after the last promo
why that ele shirt +7 was on a lvl 12 toon
how the heck that shirt +7 landed on a 100 + toon by magic.
