You have to open the folder “LineageII\Animations” then I remove those files “LineageNPCs5.ukx” and “Dwarf.ukx”. Then I open the “NCSOFT launcher” and click on “repair” button. Hope it help you guys. Please reply to me any errors further. I could help you guys solve it.

you have to remove both file from “C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Lineage II\Animations (LineageNPCs5.ukx and Dwarf.ukx)” then repair the game

me here, i got the same error as you, but those NCSOFT Appeal team can not fix that...
