    Right...when my company launches new products, it's all hands on deck 7 days a week until everything's worked out. I would expect the same from them, especially when there are so many issues.

    Agreed. Aren't Hime and Juji just Community Managers? Or are they Devs? If they're just CM's, isn't their job to provide two-way communication between the community and the devs? Even if it's just a simple "We're looking into it" would be great after 72 hours of zero communication when the forums are burning down.

    The non VIP queue is at 2200 players now. That's more than 1/3 of the server's capacity.

    I would be supportive of another USEast server with free transfers to it from Talking Island for a short time. It seems as though this server has more than enough players to be able to split it.

    The question now becomes: Do VIPs take precedence over non-VIP in the queue? If true, it would be impossible to login for non-VIP.

    Just hit 5 hours 50 minutes waiting from 1107 in queue to zero.

    He'd still need to login to enable it. So he's still screwed. It sucks.

    Yeah, except even if you bought the pack today, you can't login to enable it.

    Lots of theories out there why it closes. No one knows for sure, not even NCSoft apparently.
  11. Nice that you got your money back. My main account was permabanned for claiming a PayPal refund due to their shortcomings. Can't use a chronicle pack if I can't login to activate it! A refund request isn't outlandish in my opinion. Give me my money back and maybe a month from now I come back to check things out, maybe spend more money then. Now that isn't even an option....

    I guess I'll fail to cancel my PayPal claim too then. Main account already banned for making the claim. Might as well ban this one to. How can you refuse to give me a refund on a launch pack that I can't even login to use? You gave me no choice but to file a claim, and as another slap in the face your team ban me?
