Removed Level-Penalty was probably the best decision you guys took since Juji left. It's a win/win, high players can help, low players benefit, it helps closing the level gab and will for sure lead to less ppl 110 quitting when hitting the wall.
Remove that penalty perma or a least make level-range 10 levels without penalty.

If you think it will make NCW brainstorm about improvements once L2Store is dead, you're most certainly mistaken. They'll just close this whole thing.
Proof for them not caring anymore is every and each member of the new stuff. They might all be good ppl. with good hearts, but they are not only clueless about the game itself, but also about how to properly manage a community. And a game like L2. -
- remove the level penalty, or at least make it 7 or 10 levels instead of the 5 we have currently. Now that endgame players are 120-122, its impossible for new or casual players to join their parties anymore. This penalty is outdated and should be changed, it serves no purpose beside making it harder for lower players to enjoy the game.
- start communicating with your players. The lack of communication is jawdropping. Example the Ultimatepocalypse. Mistakes can happen. But be transparent and show care.
- Remove the 14 ppl. clan-war requirement. Nobody plays in 14+ ppl clans anymore so everyone can happily PK around without any consequences. Let us declare war on EACH Clan no matter what level/how many players.
- fix PK system w/unlimited purchase/use of PK scrolls. It is a bug anyway. It renders all the effort the last update made in view of PKers completely pointless.- our servers are already half empty, more and more old players quit every week. IMPROVE. In every aspect. You guys are ruining L2 in record time.
- install a fact-checker bot in worldshout, so fairytale masters as Marcellus get autocorrected and I dont have to waste my shouts on that anymore.

I think it is. Would be silly to decrease port-out-time to 10 min from 1 hour while at the same time implementing this.

I think its obvious what I mean and not so hard to understand:
Either make cursed impossible to enter time zones.
Or port ppl from cursed-cage OUT of time zones as it was before update, and not to entry-room where time is ticking down.Got it ?

Our new admin- and GM team apparently does not really know the game, so an explantation is needed. I'll jump in:
- PK SYSTEM bug
While the new update spent much effort on making PKing harder, it does not work. Simple reason: Since update you can use UNLIMITED PK scrolls (buyable cheapy cheapy in clanshop). Before update, you could use only one (1).
So basically PKing is free now apart from a tiny (even for poor ppl its tiny) adena amount.
Confirmed bug or new game mechanic?- CURSED SWORD bug & exploit.
Since update you can enter time zones with Cursed Swords. Certain players (the big well known exploiter himself mostly, on Naia) abuse this bug for a perfidious tactic:
Not simply to kill ppl in time zones, cos they would get ported out after new (good!) 10 min timer. BUT to just put players in the cage (skill from cursed weaps). After 2 min when the cage-prison expires, players get ported to next safe-zone.
And, ta-da!, next safe zone is the entry area of new time zones.
Result: You stand afk in time zone, minutes counting down, you do not hit even 1 mob. If you used passes, bye bye NC Coins.
Its an evil tactic and on Naia it gets heavily abused by one player. You might wanna fix this frustrating bug. You might wanna look into the exploiter on Naia who sends all of his enemies or other ppl he dont like (prolly cos they do not pay him for RMT adena) to time-waste-zone.

Ouchie. The amount of really mad players is exceptional high due to this problem. Ppl. transferred event items en masse to sell/buy/trade, and they lose valueable time.
I'm not affected but if you can somehow make Developers apply the solution before next wednesday it would be a very smart move and help smooth the waves.
Really bad timing for this problem to happen, just when the community for once was happy and motivated from recent good free events and the current awesome enchant event, this ruined the party for some. -

I know/heard from many ppl he is very generous, i. e. giving gear to CP members.
