Had to check the calendar. It's not April, but this sounds like an April Fool's joke.
Soulstones and spirit ores are awarded as "prizes" in this event. Are you ****ing kidding?!???
And why only two talisman types? Why not all? They'll be rare gets either way, so might as well add them all to the prize list.
You can do better.

I think I'd rather have a weapon that gave me over +40% m. skill crit rate than one that matched my element, but had far lower skill crit rate.
But if you can afford a DW1, then you can also afford a +23+24+25 R110, which gets you in the same general neighborhood, if not same street address, in terms of magic damage. You may not crit as much, but there are always trade-offs either way.

Don't quote me, but I think you need the right weapon for each class for all of the overhit skills. A dorf maestro tyrr can kill with anything like poster said, but that one skill that only they get which is overhit does need a one hand blunt. Nothing else works. Overhits help you XP faster, so no point in playing around with anything else unless you have no other choice.

If they just add 2 options for Red Libra: ISS Dominator(Mage) & ISS Dominator(Fighter) then I could still use my Character the way I wanted(Titan turned Dominator Main for model & Doomcryer Dual) If I had the chance before this Update restricted Dominators to just the Mage model, I'd have swapped Main Class to Doomcryer after changing Dual to the Original Titan(since with the current mechanics I can't ironically have BOTH "Orc Mystic" classes on an "Orc Fighter" model) support seems to think any Class change would change your appearance/model lol, until this update, you could only change your Toon by buying either the Race Change Ticket or Gender Change Ticket... some classes were blocked if you used Red Libra, now anything blocked before will auto adjust your race... but if they go full auto adjust that will be the end for me.
My dominator had a fighter Orc appearance that was changed automatically to the mystic one BEFORE the current Red Libra event. That is true for everyone. They didn't give us a choice. I don't think they ever will.

The reality is that I have small denominations of Ncoins on multiple accounts. How do I spend it, if there's nothing in that price range in the store and ncoin generally isn't sold in denominations that would help me to use that "loose change."
Any plans of you guys converting that into adena for us -- or maybe Einhasad gold or something? Or does it just sit there, which ultimately means that NCSoft stole money from us and didn't give us a chance to get proper value?

I agree, back in the early days of L2 there were a bunch of fun quests. Call me crazy, but I miss the Wish Potion Quest, which was the only way you could get a pair of Demon Gloves. And the lore behind many of the quests was top notch. Forest of the Dead comes to mind. If there is anything like that now, I've yet to see it.

Unlike in Live, my character can't keep the MP bar up at all, especially when hunting in fields with lots of people around. Is that how this game was meant to be played? Or will mana pots or herbs be introduced into the game at some point?

If this was meant to be a purely 100% solo game, why then did they bother to include the party feature at all? I'm all for the every person for themselves approach, but do follow the logic all the way through every aspect of the game. And yes, that also includes removing clans, when you think about it.
Ridiculous? Maybe. But my point is the OP isn't terribly off base with what is being proposed.
The reality is partying isn't just about XP. It's about finishing a task faster by working in a group. And it's about forming ties and developing comradery. Adding a party leader assist feature to auto-hunt isn't the worst idea in the world.

Is it normal to make it to level 58 without getting a single item (weapon, armor, accessory) drop and only getting 3 - 6 adena per mob kill? At this rate I'll be level 70 and still not able to afford D grade items. What am I missing?

Enjoy the increase in prices for lv5 jewels! I already got mine. Good luck with all of you that didn't.I have not seen a single Greedy Chest since they were introduced. Not one. If the reason for that is because there are players cheating to gain an advantage, then we're better off pulling the plug on the whole thing.
In short, I'd rather have NCSoft screw us over than greedy, cheating players. At least when NCSoft does it, I can hit them back where it counts. But you can't take adena from a cheating player who is making billions by hording items and opportunities intended for everyone to enjoy.

After waiting for a queue with more than 300 people ahead of me, I log in to a server that is completely overrun. There's nowhere to hunt without tripping over someone. There are more people than mobs.
Please consider opening a new server. Or maybe opening up more hunting grounds, including catacombs. At least when we had both fields and catas people had more hunting options. You could always find a spot to hunt for the most part.
If adding mobs or hunting grounds isn't an option, is there some way to reduce the number of people who log 100+ accounts? Ok, I'm exaggerating -- maybe it's more like 30 accounts instead of a hundred -- but you get my drift. There has to be a way to control who accesses the game so that real people can XP and enjoy the game.

What the hell is going on around here? I logged on and 2 seconds later I get D/C. It has happened 8 times so far and counting. I did a full scan twice already. Please fix this.

Not that many people play Duelist, as you can tell. Better off asking in game. Go to Rankings, drill down by class and PM one of the guys in the top 25. Some may brush you off, but most ppl in the game are helpful -- if only to brag about all of the sparkly items they have.

110 armor isn't worth getting for an archer, unless you Enchant status it and take element to 180. Until then you can get by with Exalted armor, but you will be squishy because I discover most mobs 105+ hit much harder now.
You are correct, though, that a R110 Bloody or Limited bow enchanted higher than +12 can offset lack of defense stat, but not by much. Glass cannon is still only glass. And no matter where you hunt you will eventually get hit by a bunch of mobs. You have to invest some on defense now with talismans and such, which is good I guess.

In AH I see lots of weapons with 300/450 Fire. Are mobs now weak to fire element?

Same here. I do see all of the toons/bots sitting in the middle of hunting grounds. You'd think NCSoft would bring back the roaming predators to kill them.
