  3. We are patiently waiting ? - Don't kid your self and don't lie to the players reading this forum... You gave me a exalted wep +0 "to be able to play" you want me to go farm in Blazing Swamp again ? I have a Longing Talisman and Sayha Talisman that I can't even use you know my bracelets are gone... I've sent in tickets 24h ago if not longer and have had no response what so ever. I asked for your team to cancel my transfer as its getting ridiculous and no reply over and over .... If this doesn't get resolved in the next 24 hours, I will be launching a consumer suit via the consumer affairs department in my respected country.
  4. @Juji You seem to be getting agitated when asked a question in regards to a massive fault that causes players to lose all their gear in game ... You seem to deem your decision of making paying player wait for 1 week to receive their gear back a reasonable one. How can you sit there and tell us we need to wait 1 week for a service that affects our in game growth and our progress thus far ? With current files that you hold you have the option to reverse the transfers and let us go back to our old server up to the time you are ready to proceed with the requested transfers. Waiting to 2/2 is not a viable option for any of your players casual or hardcore. If you cant see that this is a problem it might be time for you to step down and let a person with a desire and drive for the game to step in. As mentioned before 2-6 hours for a reply from a multi-million dollar company via your ticketing system is a complete joke as well.
  5. What an absolute joke ... I as a player need to wait for you to fix YOUR FCKUP for 1 week ? This is not acceptable not from a company that is willing to take over $20k-30k from a player. You're Customer support on this forum is horrible I have to wait for 2-6H for a single reply ... It is time for a change at "NCWEST" @Juji
