Well as a business they have to pretend to care but in the end they can't really make much change to game without approval.

Many lost time in transcendence instance, so an extra pass would be nice. Also many classes had to sit in town for hours because they couldn't farm with potions not working.

i lost my damn transcendence instance because of this item lag, hp pots wont heal, fix that crap -
No, both servers will dry up in 2-3 weeks when they realize its pay to progress/kill mobs.

Exactly, this is pay to progress mechanic and its a joke.. seems its impossible for NC to be embarrassed. The only people who defend it are the ones who will pay for this. It's sad.. I really wanted to enjoy Aden.
