I think you should make it available for all and put level restriction of 78+ or 80+ hope you think about it @Juji @DeV

It is unfair. a lot of players didn't had the chance to lvl up to 80 because there were a lot of people who was pking on high zones and it's not that easy to level up. I start playing since server start and doesn't think this is a reward for that kind of players, if this were the case they should have picked the creation date from the character.

That's why lvl 1 cant use it... it's for mid/high lvl usage

You should make it available for more levels, you are only giving good price to the higher level, and that doesn't make sense most of the people who has high level are the ones who has the adena enough to get one of those on the game. I think this is not fair and you should think about the level restriction. @Juji @DeV

I want to know why this talisman is going to be only available for 80+, a lot of people are not at that level and you are making harder and harder to have the same equipment than them because you are giving good items to the high level chars.
