Sorry to hear that but you could get lucky. I personally don't like to get random rewards or enchant things or what nots. I survived longer than most by following that rule. I let others roll the dice and I'll pay high prices to buy it if I really want it. Long term, I still win.

This is not unannounced server outages, it's multiple server outages and they're investigating. It may not even be NCsoft since they use Amazon AWS. There is also the transport carrier internet service provider to look at too I'm sure. It could even be nature or Force of God for all I know.

how many toons do you guys have and what levels are they if you don't mind me asking?
I've seen many small cluster groups, do make toons to party with pretty much low free exalted gears. I know it's tough but I've seen others try. the more toons you have in a constant party, less likely they'll die overnight.
if you stay consistent, that's how you stay in the game.
i've seen some people who say they'll never spend this or that but wind up spending 10 times more than they initially imagined... it happens. i believe if someone is willing to pay, the business of transaction will never stop but just evolves. different market also behaves different based on supply and demand. just my observation.

All we know about item gap. And even you started to understand something launching events with "free" items.
But now we have problem with level gap. Honestly, most of the players have never been experienced "new" content and you only rise up required level for that. Most of the content you produce was made only for couple high-level players and never seen by others. Are your designers happy with that? Do you really think it will attract new players? 90%of resources are wasted.
About me, I never leveled up (I do not count 1-2 times) in Atelia fortress and refinery, Mother three, Sea of Spores, Swamp of Screams, Fafurion etc... (Solo player what to do... with the current party matching...) Funniest thing is that I have rank 800 (and rising) ... what to say about others after me....
That's first aspect.
Second one is players should grind so hard to get level, because level is important in pvp. BUT you will not have the time for pvp. Circle is closed.
So your bad player level management is really kill the game.
We had level cap before and game was full of fun. Need serious exp. tables management. Soft cap must be harder. Then the people will fight for spot and for resources.
Look at your rivals at least, players there have almost equal equip and have a lot of pvp activities in high level locations.
I actually like what you said. Good points in your last sentence, when players have almost equal equip, you have a lot more healthier pvp activities

Because there are level gap, gear gap... we now have the official Olympiad to have no restriction competition - so that's covered.
What we can have is special Olympiad where it's based on level and based on gears (create some type of algorithm to check and boundary range of the power of weapons and armors, jewels, etc. and group section by A, B, C, D categories or something like that. It's like Fight Class or Weight class in professional sports. -

did you party with people whom may be using programs that you're not aware of? did you pay for power leveling service because the game is difficult to xp? did you use any type of keyboard or mouse software assist macro that is detectable by Lineage2 engine to be impossible on a normal human fingers on keyboard? there are many ways to detect from the norm and you likely got caught in one of the many variations of cheating. if not, you can try to explain what you think may trigger or you may be just unlucky to party with cheaters that you didn't know who they were. But you can try to explain support but don't go accusing or thinking you have the right... you ain't got right, you have to play nice, show respect for the rules and be grateful and thankful for their support -- being patient and respectful may open doors otherwise shut tight.

It turned level 110 already, spend the bucks to get the Ultimate Servitor Burst, which is so crazy powerful - i think this is on top of nothing like it before, I believe it's a new lv.1 lv.110 skill.
P.atk +40%, P.atk crit.dmg +20%, atk spd +20%, p.accuracy +10, p.def +10%, mdef +10%, max hp +25% consumes 40 spirit ores
this wynn is now legit DD @ lv.110.
@Kimanakwhat do you think? I see you're like the #1 position for Elemental Master, which I am also.

found something on the internet... here AVG i think it's an antivirus program, to add "exceptions" to certain .exe prgrams.
though it's blade and soul forums, but it's using ncsoft anti-hack detection technology... same company... who knows if this will help anyone

how many laptop/pc do you have? does it exhibit the same 10s disconnect on every laptop/PC? try to replicate the problem across different PCs and see if it's your computer or the game server/internet service provider

This seem to be isolated to you and some other unknown person Dawe knows, so very few people experience this. you know the option to close client when you launch one right? it's a checkbox.
WHENEVER you encounter a special bug situation where it says NC is already OPEN, just CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up TASK MANAGER, under PROCESS tab, look for NCLAUNCHER2, highlight it with mouse, RIGHT-CLICK and END TASK. once you END TASK, you can launch a new CLIENT.
