there are 3 versions of those cookies: attack (which we got now), defense & growth (this one gave the 300% xp) the real question is why didn't they gave the option to choose from those 3 which one we want to spend our NCoins on as that's how it is in other regions through their einhassad store

here's a lil history lesson as to why nc soft korea created einhassad store.. it's to circumvent certain anti gambling laws regarding loot boxes and this is actually the case in all regions where einhassad store has been rolled out.. USA does NOT have such gambling laws so there's more profit to made by continuing their current loot box approach so if u really want this to change or to get einhassad store go vote for the party that will put loot box gambling legislation in place, there's no other incentive for NC Soft to change their ways as this is a f2p game and profit beats fair play ps, go look up the laws in Japan around this as there after X amount of boxes opened they have to reward u with a random top reward unlike forever getting the bottom ones here

the item deletion dates are wrong as I mentioned in the other topic in the general section, might want look at that so it's clear which deletion date is the real one

in the mean time in Korea dragon epics +10, SoonTM also for the unaware Korea did also add new scrolls to 100% safe click to +7 on items so from then on folks can actually use the regular gran kain scrolls to finish them to +10

none of the export regions got that so yeah it's true, Korea decides not NCWest

nah not true NC Japan publishes every quarter a Producers letter with quite good content about the game etc. and it's shouldn't be that hard for NCWest to do the same even if it would be a semi copy/paste of Japan with some local flavors mixed into it

ignore pdef aspect of skills got capped to max 10% for all which is quite a nerf for many classes incl. evi

to be clear who ever came up with those times have no clue how many players won't be able to attend cause 2am till 4am on mid week days for Euro's or worse 3am till 5am for Greeks etc. that's just not gonna happen and very very player unfriendly & not cool change the times or make DT like Atelia / Dim ToI and give it 16hrs mids weeks and 15hrs weekends to spend on w/e day/time works for the individual player instead of excluding majority of your player base.. for real do a check on country of origin of your active player base that currently play on Naia & Chronos and then reflect on your choices of times for DeThrone

@Wissp @Hermes please advise on those mid weeks DeThrone times as if it's really 1hr after early & late swamp of screams time you made it near impossible for any Europe player to participate which is all of Naia & 50+% of Chronos - unless it's working as intended that mid weeks DT isn't meant for us working players who spend NCoins on this game..

does it have the same items aka incl. the weird useless cookie ones from 4+ years ago ? just asking as everyone finds that a bit weird and this new code is potential a good opportunity to remedy that but should then also be made available to everyone anyways just my 0.05$

they're waiting for NC Japan & Innova RU to finish theirs so they can put that through google translate the next day anyways the real core players here read the weekly notes straight from Korean forums/website to not have to be depend on local staff

@Hermesjust delete this whole topic, pretend you never posted it and put something meaningful up asap and attend Innova Customer care training as at least they know how to give decent & adequate compensations I could post some screenshots of Chronos Global shout right now but I can summarize it for ya here: undo this holy mess or just resign. @Hermesthis does nothing for the actual paying customers you do realize that right ? it's downright insulting even those compensation rewards are great for the free2play players that dont dont spend ncoins but to the real player base that pays ur salary this is down right pathetic, you can do better.. much better!!

ur personal issue has zero to do with the downtime so has no place in this conversation besides wishful thinking if anything ask for some kind of compensation that doesn't have limited time duration tied to it aka can be usefull still for you / other players when next update & red libra is around

can we stop asking for red libra as part of the compensation plan here as that's really already on the calendar aka when we get next update released on ncwest which will be very very SoonTM
