Mark of Journey III has MP recovery bonus of +15%, while Mark of Journey IV is supposed to have an MP recovery bonus of 25%. After acquiring IV, there was no perceived increase in MP recovery. Anyone else notice that the Mark of Journey may be broken? I haven't extensively tracked the data, just counted MP recovery per tick, and it didn't seem to change.
