Elorror

Somehow i cant go check my tickets or submit any ticket, i get directed to My Account settings etc. Is there any solution aviable for this issue? I can enter to "my tickets" and "submit a ticket" with other accounts but not this one which is the main! Pls a little help @Juji@Hime@EmperorLeto
